"Get up we still have to pack stuff" Zack said

My boyfriend for almost 3 months. He's such a sweet boy but he gets jealous pretty fast. He's protective that's one of the things why I love him😊 My parents rent a little house in California. Not so far from where we live. My parents and Zack love each other that's why my parents gave me and Zack our own place in the house. And rn we are packing our stuff.
"We still have to buy stuff tho" I said
"Duh"
"But can I first make breakfast?" I said putting my sweatshirt on.
"You don't have to make it, I already did" Zack smiled
"Awww" I said kissing his cheeck.
We got downstairs
"Hi mom, hi dad" I said kissing their cheeck
"Hi honey" they both said
"Hi Zack" my dad said who was eating breakfast on the table.
"Hi "
"Hi sweetheart" my mom said to Zack.
"Good morning" he smiled
We all took a seat on the table.
"Mmm pancakes" I smiled
"Yeh Zack made them" my dad said
I smiled at Zack and he smiled back.
"You didn't have to" my mom said
"It's okay, I did it for yall" Zack smiled
We all ate our pancakes.
"Me and Zack are gonna bring our stuff to the house" I said standing up
"Okay bye honey" My parents said
My dad gave me the keys. We've never been there before so we're pretty excited.
Zack and I carried all the boxes in the truck and we drive to the house

"Woah it's so cute" I said getting out of the car.
We walked to the front door.
"Ya ready?" Zack asked me when I grabbed the keys
"Yeh" I smiled and opened the door.

"But it will be even more beautiful with our stuff!" I laughed
We took a look around the house.
"The one who's first upstairs can choose the color of the room!" Zack laughed and we both runned.
"I'm first!" Zack yelled
"Boii that's not fair you're so fast!" I said trying to catch breath.
"Hahah" Zack laughed kissing my forehead
"Ok what color?" I smiled
"You can choose" he smiled and took my hands
"Umh...blue"
"Perfect"
We got back downstairs and carried all the boxes inside and opened the boxes.
We unpacked all the stuff.
I looked at Zack and saw that he got a lot of food in his box.
"Zack!" I laughed
"What!? Food is important!"
"We could buy some food!"
"Well, now we don't have to anymore. Save some time" he smirked
I giggled and unpacked my stuff but when I grabbed a photo my heart stopped for a second.
"What's wrong?" Zack asked worried
I kept staring at the photo as a tear slipped down my face.
Grayson...It was a photo of me and my ex Grayson at prom 10 years ago...
