Grayson's POV
We slowly pulled away...I was shocked...and so was she...
"Umh..."
"I-I'm so sorry" she said taking a step back.
I needed a second to realise what just happened.
We both didn't said a thing, it was pretty awkward...suddenly someone walked inside and broke the silence...thank you
"Oh...y/n are you okay?" Dr. Sarah said.
"Yeh I'm fine. I recovered, I can stand don't worry." Y/n smiled
Suddenly her parents walked inside too.
"Omg y/n!" They both ran crying towards her and hugged her.
"I was so worried!" They cried in her shoulder.
A tear fell down y/n's face.
"Hunter" she cried
"Shhh...we miss him too honey." Her dad said
I noticed my family was standing in the door watching. My mom gave me a sign that it was time to leave.
I sighed and smiled at y/n but she didn't saw it bc she was hugging her parents. I walked towards my family but y/n then stopped me.
"Gray, wait!" She said and ran towards me to give me a hug.
I did not expected that but hugged her back.
"Thank you" she whispered in my ear and gave me a kiss on my cheeck.
I pulled away and she smiled at me with that cute smile of hers. I smiled back and left the hospital.
Your POV
He smiled back and left.
I sighed and walked back to my parents.
"Y/n?" My mom asked
"Yes?"
"Who was that?"
"Mom, that was Grayson! Remember my best friend?" I said
"I thought Hunter was your best friend." My dad said
I looked down as a tear rolled down my face. I miss him so much...he didn't deserve this at all...
"Oh yeh...y/n sweetheart. Didn't I told you not to hang out with him anymore?" My mom said.
"Mom that was 10 years ago. We're back friends now." I said

We were on our way back home. My dad was riding and my mom sat in the passenger seat. Cam, Gray and I all sat in the back.
Cameron sat in the middle and I saw Gray looking out the window with a huge smile on his face.

"Hey can I come in for a second?" I asked as I knocked on Gray's room door.
"Yes. I just wanted to tell you something." Gray said as he opened the door for me.
I sat on his bed and he sat next to me with that huge smile again.
"What happened?" I smirked at him
"Wdym what happened?"
"Stop acting bro. I know something happened. Otherwise you wouldn't have this huge smile on your face all the time." I laughed
