You’ve stirred something deep inside,
a longing that I’ve tried to hide.
I’m not sure if I’m ready to let go,
of the pain that I’ve endured, you know.
But there’s something about your eyes,
that makes me want to try.
So I’ll trust you with my heart, and all,
and hope that you won’t let me fall.
