And trace the lines on your palm
I wish I could hold you tight
So you wouldn’t slip from my grasp
I wish I could caress your face
And tell you in the eyes how much I’m graced
I wish I could trace your lips
Until they touch mine and feel your kiss
I wish I could be your heroine
And feel the happiness you bring
I wish I could have your heart
