Chapter 40

Katie's POV

Tuesday

It's been 24 hours without freddy in the house and I already miss him so much. Matt told me he was meeting up with him on Thursday so I was going to tag along. Gifty, Emily and I were all sat on our beds just talking about random things when the door opened and Jordan came in doing a dozen of forward rolls. He stopped in the middle of the room and roared like a lion then ran back out closing the door behind him. We stared at the door for a few moments...then at each other...we burst into a fit of laughter.

As we continued talking my phone buzzed.

Kieran- hey bestie! Come in my room, got some prancing ideas X

Me- be right there!

"I'll be back later, Kieran needs me" I told them leaving and making my way to his room. I walked inside and saw it was only him in here and he was sat on his bed.

"So what's the plan?" I asked sitting on Nathan's bed.

Kieran told me the whole plan on what we will do, it's going to be fun.

We got all the equipment we needed together and got ready to pull the prank. I walked down the stairs quietly but Kieran decided to slide down the banister. No one was in the living room, good. Nathan, Jordan, relley and Sara were in the kitchen. Everyone else was in the garden. I looked at Kieran and we both smirked. We ran through to the kitchen and squirted the four of the with water from our water guns. They all screamed and we ran to the garden getting everyone else as the other four were chasing us.

"Matt!" I called. He looked at me and as I was about to shoot he ducked and all the water which shooter from the water pistol ended up soaking Lauren...oops.

I didn't look at her as Matt was already after me. I dropped the water pistol and ran around the garden but as soon as he caught up to me he wrapped his arms around my waist, lifting me up and spinning me around.

Everyone was laughing at the prank we pulled but that all got interrupted by one scream. Matt set me down and we looked over to see Lauren screaming,clearly annoyed.

"What's wrong?" Caroline asked.

"She soaked me!" She shouted pointing over at me. Roman suddenly appeared from behind her, comforting her. When did he get here?

"Lauren, it was just a joke Kieran and I done. Everyone's soaked" I defended.

"It's not funny is it? Besides, you got me the most" she said.

"Everyone was laughing. And I aimed for Matt and he ducked." I said.

"Yea Lauren technically it's my fault" Matt said standing next to me.

"Lauren, Kieran and Katie always pull pranks. You'll get used to it" Gifty said.

"Not with her I won't. She clearly got me because I went on a date with Roman last night!" Lauren said in a bitchy tone. I started laughing.

"Oh please, my boyfriend is standing right next to me. And if wanted to soak you with all that water it would have been to wipe off all of that clown make up of your-"

"KATIE!!! Enough is enough. All you do is stir up shit in this house. You create drama when it is t even needed and I'm pretty sure everyone is fed up with it. I know I am and I don't even fricken live here! You led both Matt and I on when you didn't even know what the heck you was doing. And now you're with Matt? At your dads wedding you made me believe you loved me. Why don't you just do us all a favour and leave." Roman spat. I was shocked at his words. No one said anything but I couldn't help see a small smile on Lauren's face. Roman turned his attention to Matt.
