Chapter 16: Rapunzel please, help

The screen came on to show the gang flying away from Berk. The camera zoomed in on Hiccup, "Don't worry Dad I'll come back" he whispered and turned back towards the sun.

"It's just you now frosty" Merida said nodding to the film. Hiccup was still looking at Tess and how similarly she acted with the nightfury's a and how apart from the fact she was a girl and had black hair she look so much like him. Stoick had also noticed this.

"Jack where are we going" asked Rapunzel. Jack looked down at her in his arms and smirked. "Actually if it wasn't for Pitch I would never have solved my part of the riddle" he laughed causing the other three to look at him, "You'll see" Jack yelled and sped off ahead of Toothless. "Oh no you don't snowboy, no one beats Toothless" Toothless growled causing Hiccup to laugh.

"Wow T" yelped Jack. Tess was laughing from Toothless side while Falin slapped Toothless with her ear.

Clouds surrounded Toothless as he dived and as the clouds surrounded them, darkness clamped in on them. Merida raised her bow and jumped on to the ground. "Come on Hicc" she whispered only to turn around to find the Viking and dragon gone. The screen switched to Jack where he was in the dark mist, "RAPUNZEL!" he yelled worriedly.

"How have we all been separated by some we mist" growled Merida. Rapunzel looked down worriedly.

Pitch loomed out the darkness and smirk above Jack, "Oh dear Jack Frost all alone again, with no one able to see him and no one to look for him." Laughed Pitch. Jack raised his staff, "My friends will come" he replied. Pitch's smirk grew even bigger, he waved his hand to show the other three in a clump and talking, "Come on let's get out of here" Rapunzel was saying. "I agree, leave jack behind he's been forgotten before, what do we care" Merida Chuckled. Hiccup looked around the mist, "Forgotten by time" he murmured. Jack's eyes widened as the mist covered the three again.

"That does not sound like the Hiccup I know" Fishlegs put in and everyone nodded. "I don't think they are real Jack, we would never leave you behind." Hiccup said stoutly. Jack laughed at Hiccup, "Yea I can defiantly see why your center is loyalty".

The screen changed to Hiccup and Toothless walking through the mist, "I don't like this" growled Toothless. "Me neither where are they" replied Hiccup in Dragonesses. The mist cleared slightly so the two could see Merida in a black cage and Jack being dragged into one. Rapunzel just stood still not moving. "Ah Haddock" Pitch smirked at the Viking as Toothless was pinned in a cage that fell from above, Hiccup dodged by rolling out the way. Only to came face to face with a flightmare, the hunters pulled on the dragon's maw "NO! "yelled Hiccup but he was sprayed with its venom freezing him in place. "HICCUP" Screamed Jack and Merida and yet Rapunzel still did nothing.

"You ok Blondie" asked Eugene Rapunzel shrugged her eyes fixed on the screen.

Pitch moved Hiccup to another empty cage, and Hiccup began to slowly un freeze. Pitch turned to Rapunzel and smiled "See now how easy it is to just be mind free" Rapunzel's green eyes looked at her friends but they did not seem to see them. She scanned over the three with Toothless roaring in the background. Then Rapunzel's grass green eyes met with Hiccup's forest green ones and something stirred in the grass green eyes. The other two watched as Hiccup's eyes never left Rapunzel's. "Rapunzel I know you're in there, come back to us" Hiccup's voice echo's in the room.

Everyone looked shocked, "It's called telepathy, Hiccup can speak to others using his mind" Tess explained.

Hiccup turned to Jack and ice cold ices met forest green ones. "Jack, don't look shocked but I need you to start to sing something, I'll explain how I can talk to you later" Jack started at first but covered it well so even Merida did not realize anything.

"Nice save" commented Astrid to Jack.

Jack (Play song at top):

All (But Rapunzel);

I do what it takes to make this right, But we got to stop before the regret, After the war is won, There's always the next one, I'll do what it takes to make this right

Rapunzel look at jack and Jack look straight back in his eyes he was pleading her to come back to them.

Jack:

Rapunzel's eyes seemed to light up slightly and a small smile curved on her lips.

All (But Rapunzel):

Pitch was beyond annoyed, his only chance to break the four was now gone. Rapunzel raised her hands and water seeped into the looks breaking them. Merida cheered and ran up and hugged Rapunzel while Jack laughed and followed. But Hiccup stayed still and patted Toothless as the dragon nudged him.

"What's up Hicc?" Jack muttered to no one in particular.

"Hey dragon boy, what up" laughed Merida. "Somethings near" Hiccup whispered, Hiccup raised his hand and the wind blew the mist away to reveal an army, of Vikings, dragons, bears, witches and nightmares. The Fours eyes widened in shock.

"Dear Odin" whispered Stoick.
