Nothing. It was a long, dreamless night. I haven't had one of those in a while.
I look around my room and take a deep breath. It was Friday and I felt happy. I climb out of bed and take a shower. I jog downstairs and see Theo drinking coffee with Daniela. Brownie runs around. I serve him his food and turn to them.
    "Morning," Theo says.
"Morning. What are you doing here?" I ask confused.
"Well, my cousin is here and also I wanted to take you to school," Theo says taking a sip of his coffee.
"Hey Daniela." She nods at me as I sit down.
"Well hurry up, can't be late to school," Theo says and moves towards the door.
"Just a sec." I get up and wash the leftover dishes. I put on some shoes and grab my bag. I kiss Brownie goodbye and follow them out. I lock the door and go outside to Theo's car. I climb in the back seat and lean my head on the window. Daniela turns up the music and I tap my foot along with the beat.
As we arrive to school my phone dings. I pull it out confused. It was an unknown number. It could be any of the boys or even Susan.
          Heard you didn't die.
That's all it takes to know who it is. Kelem.
"What is it?" Theo whispers in my ear. I jump a little and look at him wide eyed.
"Kelem. Tell the boys to meet me at my house around 5. We have to figure out how he got my number." Theo just nods and walks in a different direction. I wonder if he knows something. I decide to stay outside for a bit, not realizing that me thinking would make me late.
I quickly sprint down halls to my locker. I knew I was going to have a detention. As I turn the corner, I felt like I was being watched. My insticts were to ignore the feeling but of course I was drawned to it. I sigh loudly and run a hand through my hair frustrated. I curse and go to my class. Remembering how last time I followed my insticts and got myself shot. Thankfully my arm is healed and I feel brand new. I open the door and find thirty pairs of eyes staring back at me. I knew Theo had gotten here before me even though he's the one who got me late in the first place. I smile shyly and take a seat next to Theo. I wonder how he got here so fast.

"Where were you?" Theo asks as I take out my notebook. I scoff.

"You're the one who made me late." I growl lowly. Theo rolls his eyes.

   "You're the one who s-"

"Do you have something to say Mr. Bartley?" Theo huffs.

"No, sorry." The teacher turns around and continues the lesson as I doze of thinking of earlier. I haven't seen Susan in a while and I was not a bit concerned. I should be but instead I'd rather hang out with Daniela and I know that's wrong but I don't have such a good feeling about Susan.
"Miss Manali?" I look up from the little doodle I drew and look at the teacher.
"Huh?" I ask looking around the room. Snickers erupt.
"I asked you if you knew the answer." I look down at my paper, which was blank, and shake my head.
    "I...uh....no." I stammer.
"You should really be paying attention. First, you're late and now you don't feel like doing your work. I'm going to have a chat with you later..which means you have a detention today after school, don't be late." I look down at my shoes as he asks another student......
"Looks like we have detention." Theo laughs.
"How'd you get detention?" I ask confused.
"I accidentally threw the teacher's papers." I chuckle.
"Accidentally?" Theo nods and I laugh.
"What? I didn't want you to be all alone after everything." He says winking. I roll my eyes.
    "Have you seen Susan?"
    "No actually." I sigh.
"Well, I'll see you at lunch." It was a nice day, enough for us to go in the courtyard for lunch.

Theo waves goodbye as I turn the corner and bump into someone. Books crash to the floor and I swear I thought I saw it in slow motion. Weird....
"So..rry." The guy stutters. "I'm Francis." I nod.
    "Haisley."
"I'm going to leave now." He whispers and walks around me. I stop him.
    "Are you new?"
No dip Sherlock. Someone says. That's a new one. I can read minds.
"Yeah. Do you know where the cafeteria is?" I nod glaring at him.
"Down that hall to your right." Swiftly, I walk around him and to my locker. I stuff my books and walk to the cafeteria. After grabbing my lunch, I walk out to the courtyard to where Theo and the boys were.
"Did you guys see the new kid?" I ask taking a sip of my water.
"Yeah such a dork." Riley says and snorts. I roll my eyes.
"This kid comes out of nowhere." I say slightly more to myself. Then it pops in my head he could be one of Kelem's minions or something, spying on us.
"I ran into him, he's weird." I look at Francis and read his mind.
I'm going to do it Monday.
Whatever he's planning doesn't seem to good. The only person I can tell is Daniela because she's just like me in a way.
    "Where's Daniela?" I ask.
"She had to do something but she's still gonna meet up with us later." I nod.
    "Did she say wh-"
"No she didn't." Theo says hardly. I huff and dump my tray. Theo's hiding something, I know it but he doesn't want me to know. Matt swings his arm around my shoulders.
"You know Theo's just being Theo." I roll my eyes.
"Kind of figured that one out already." Matt chuckles and leaves to his locker. The bell rings and I head to class. Francis was in it.....
       Theo's P.O.V.
Something was up, something was very wrong. Kelem,Haisley's
brother comes and tries to kill her and then some weird kid pops out of nowhere. Daniela and Haisley are hiding something from me. I know it has to be good for Daniela's nightmares are starting to come back. Whatever it is.....it has got to be top secret.
I didn't mean to be harsh on Haisley, but she's hiding something from me and I don't like that either... even though I'm hiding something too.. Daniela and I aren't on talking terms since I confronted her on the nightmares. She knows somethings gonna happen but she doesn't want to say.
Haisley knows something is wrong with the new kid. I mean I do too but when she looked at him her face scrunched up in confusion. It's cute though how she d-
     Get it together Theo
What is happening to me? I've never thought about someone like that. I mentally groan as I take a seat next to Haisley. It was the last hour and I couldn't wait for detention. Hear the sarcasm.
I know I did that to spend time with Haisley but I didn't want to sit in a chair for two hours.
I lay my head down on the table and close my eyes.
A tornado....no a hurricane. It swirled around me. It was amazing until my throat began to close up. My eyes widen and I begin to scratch at my throat. I walk around trying to see if there was anyone there. Soon I stand still and look out. There in the midst of the storm was him, Francis. His eyes glowed and he seemed powerful. He wore a scowl. Out of nowhere, he's in front of me. Suddenly I'm falling and Haisley next to me. I try to grab her hand but it keeps slipping away. I scream and shout but it's no use. Suddenly I'm on the floor.
I jump up scaring some of my peers around me. Haisley gives me a concerned look but I wave her away. What really catches my eye is Francis. From across the room he stares at me with an unreadable look. I look away.
"Mr. Bartley, are you ok?" My eyes turn to Mrs. Grams. I slowly nod catching a glimpse of Francis, who was drawing in a green notebook. I clear my throat and get up. I walk around and get a tissue. I didn't need one. As I go back to my seat, I look at what Francis is drawing. My eyes widen when I walk pass. On that ugly notebook was a drawing of a hurricane with four people in it. I was one of them.....
         Haisley's P.O.V.
The way Theo jumped scared me. I give him a concerned look but he waves me away. My eyes wander around the room and land on Francis. He was drawing again but I don't pay attention to it.
Soon after class, Theo jogs up to me.
"I need to tell you the weirdest thing when we leave detention." I nod not interested.
"Whatever." I mutter and grab my things from my locker. I walk beside Theo to the detention room.
When we enter everything stops and everyone looks at us.
"Well why didn't you tell us you guys also had detention." Matt asks. I roll my eyes and take a seat next to Riley. He gives me a nod and goes back to reading. I take out my phone and put my earphones in. Electric Love by Born begins to play.
Soon I fall fast to sleep.
My eyes roam the blank room and land on Francis. His eyes glowed as he walked towards me. Then I begin kick him to get away but he looks like a ghost, yet he can touch me. He grabs my neck and lifts me off the ground. My legs wiggle beneath me and I scratch at Francis's hand. No use. Someone tackles him and we all fall. I'm falling, air whooshes past me and my eyes widen. They land on Theo, who tries to grab my hand. I scream for him to move closer but it's too late. We slam into the ground.
I jump up and fall off my seat.  My heart is pumping like crazy... What just happened... What was that? Riley helps me up an I rub my eyes. What was that? I keep thinking. I needed to tell Theo. But not now. Matt hands me a piece of paper and read it.
      Hey, you ok?  I write back that I'm fine.....but really... I'm not. I just died...in a nightmare or dream....or whatever it's called...
