"Oi, Lucy!" Cráp.
"Oh, hey Erza!" I say, turning around to face the scarlet-head. I the my best to hide the bucket behind me.
"What brings you to the school building? Did you not receive the emails about no classes today?" she asks.
"Oh, we don't? I didn't get any emails about that," I lie. Did I mention I'm a terrible liar?
"Oh, that's too bad then. Well, move along. There's no students aloud in the halls when there's no classes." She pushes me towards the door. "And what's the bucket for?"
"This thing? Oh. Uh... Science?" I mentally kick myself from that terrible lie.
"Oh, ok. Well, good luck in science," she opens the door and pushes me out. Maybe the lie wasn't that bad.
Erza's POV
That was a terrible lie.
Back to Lucy's POV
I let out breath I didn't know I was holding and place the bucket down outside. I look inside through the windows and watch Erza walk away. I watch as the bucket starts filling up almost immediately. I open the doors again and look left and right. No Erza.
I make a run for it. Down the hallway and up the stairs, I dash through the building. I finally get to Mr. Clive's room, breathing and panting heavily.
I open the door and Natsu has set up the rope mechanism already. "Nice," I say.
"Thanks. What took you so long, Luce?"
"Erza happened," I reply blankly.
"Ohh, I see. Anyways, I gotta finish this rope. Why don't you go duct tape that airhorn under Gildart's chair?"
"I can try, but no guarantee that I'll succeed," I say, grabbing the duct tape and airhorn off of his desk.
I bend down and sit on my knees. I stretch out the duct tape so that it's ready for when I need it. I place the airhorn carefully under his chair so that any pressure on it will cause it to go off. I take the tape and staff wrapping it around the can. The horn goes off a few times before its securely on.
"Done!" I say, proud of my work. It's not very pretty, and it's extremely obvious that it's there, but from the top it looks like a normal swivel chair.
"Ooh! I wanna try it out!" He drops the ropes and the whole mechanism unravels. "Well then... Fvck." He trots over to the chair and sits down. It makes a loud and extremely obnoxious honking noise.
"Okay, okay, you can stand up now," I laugh, ushering him off the chair.
"Fine," he mumbles and reluctantly stands up. "Hey, there's another air horn!" He picks a second one off the table and presses down on it. It lets out a loud noise.
"Stop it!" I laugh and try to take it away from him.
"Nu uh!" He presses it down again.
"Natsu, stop!" I laugh inbetween.
"I'll stop when you stop telling me to stop," he pressed it again one more time.
"Ok, fine I'll stop," I put my hands up and I can't help but smile.
"One more horn?" He pleads. I roll my eyes.
"Fiiiine."
He presses it down once more. "Hehe, thanks, Luce."

The rope was finally done and secured and I had already gone outside to pick up the bucket. Thankfully, it looked like Erza left the building already so I had no problem transporting the water.
Natsu takes the water bucket and hangs it onto the rope above the door. "Aaaand, done!"
"Nice," I smile.
"What's next then?" he asks.
"Hmm..." I ponder. "Can we cling wrap the door so that when Mr. Clive walks in, he bumps into the cling wrap and then the water spills on top of him after he gets through that?" I blurt out in one breath.
"Luce, you're a genius!" he says and rushes over to the table. He comes back with a roll of Saran Wrap. He unrolls the tube and starts wrapping the door way. When he's done, it's barely noticeable.
"This is gonna be great," he says. "This was such a great idea."
"Yeah," I agree. "We should do this more often."
"Yep. High five, Luce!" He lets his hand up and I high five it. He grasps my hand for a brief second, keeping us in place as we stand in the middle of the room.
The door knob wiggles. It opens and a drunk looking Mr. Clive walks in.
I don't think he noticed that we're in here. He walks into the classroom only to be stopped by cling wrap. I snicker but Natsu covers my mouth with his free hand, his other still holding mine.
Mr. Clive eventually takes down the cling wrap and walks in, only to trip over the rope cashing the water to fall on his head. It's as if he snaps back into reality in that moment. "Hey, what are you kids doing in h-*hic*-here?" I guess he's still a little drunk.
"Run," Natsu whispers and he pulls me out the door. I grab my umbrella on the way out. He leads me down the halls as we laugh. Mr. Clive doesn't bother coming out of his room to see where we went.
Natsu opens the door and I open the umbrella, covering the two of us. He still has my hand in his grasp. It makes me feel warm inside. We stand in the middle of the courtyard, the rain still pouring down. I feel a tingle in my nose.
"Achoo~!" I sneeze. "Excuse me," I say.
"Uh, oh here. Take this." He slides off his raincoat and hands it to me.
"Oh, no, I can't, Natsu. You'll catch a cold," I push the jacket back towards him.
"Better me than you," he says. "I insist, Luce."
I smile. "Thanks." I take the jacket from him and slide him on after handing him the umbrella to hold. The jacket is warm and comforting, kind of like how I feel whenever Natsu is around.
It's only a slight feeling, like deep down inside me... But I think I'm in love with Natsu.
