1. What type of fantasy stories do you like to read? – ChantalCruz30

Uhmm... High fantasy, dystopian Fantasy, dark fantasy, urban fantasy, alternative history, sorcery, actually... anything.

2. Do you prefer short and sweet or long and satisfying? – ChantalCruz30

In what terms? If reading... I like the long ones better.

3. Anong kuwento sa Wattpad ang nabasa mo na at tumatak sa iyo? – ChantalCruz30

Madami na po actually, pero the one na naiinis ako dahil hindi na siya ever natapos is a story I read a few years ago, it was one of the first stories I read on wattpad back in late 2009. "The Glass Heir" it's a retelling of King Midas, pero in a reverse state, the main girl Astraea is cursed with so much beauty that no one can touch her, literally because she's fragile in the sense na she gets bruises from a mere touch.

4. Anong opinyon mo sa mga kuwento ng Disney versus mga original versions ng fairytales? – ChantalCruz30

For me... I like the original ones better because (old) Disney tends to romanticize everything. Supposedly Cinderella's stepsisters cut off their toes, Aurora is raped, Ariel dies (though I love her) and I don't like that Mulan's story is historically inaccurate. Yeah, the real ones are better.

5. Alin ang mas masarap, Lucky Me Pancit Canton o Lucky Me Chicken Mami? Bakit? – ChantalCruz30

Lucky Me Pancit Canton... hahahaha I don't eat "Lucky Me Chicken Mami" or anything na may sabaw from lucky me. Instant ramen okay pa sana.

6. Which ability would you like, be able to breath underwater or fly like a bird? Why? – twelveounces

This question remind me of my hatred for the Miss Peregrine movie (the book is way better) Kung ako, I'd like to breath underwater without any help from any kind diving equipment... dahil water makes me calm and I really like swimming.

7. If given the chance to be someone else, who would you want to be and why? – twelveounces

I've always wanted to be someone else, but I really don't know who. Minsan kasi maganda lang magwonder kung anong feeling maging si ganito, si ganyan... pero when you think about, you only see the outer part of them, yung mga bagay na gusto nilang ipakita sa mundo. There is someone or something way deeper than who they seem to be, so for that... I'd rather be myself because I already know who I am and I am quite comfortable in this skin.

8. Anong food na pinaka-favorite mo? – twelveounces

Sweets hahahaha. When I eat a lot of sweet stuff in front of people who aren't aware of my health state, they tend to ask if I'm okay with carbs and diabetes... well, I already have diabetes and too much carbs isn't my problem because I burn them really fast because of metabolism. Back to diabetes, I have the type 2 diabetes where my insulin level is higher than normal, which means I need to eat more things that are high in glucose... normally sweets. So this illness is a win win for me (sometimes).

9. Aside from writing, what do you do in your spare time? – purple_porpoise

Schoolworks! Hahahahaha. Pass time I tend to read a lot of non-wattpad or non-radish works, mostly internationally published books because I need them for book reviews. Often times, when I'm stressed out I go for musical instruments.

10. If you could live as a character from a fantasy book/show/movie for one day, who would it be and why? – purple_porpoise

Tough question, hmm. If I'm going to be a fictional character from books or movies... I'd want to be a mixture of Daenerys from Game of Thrones and Amber from The Prophecy of the Stones (hence the username). Daenerys because I want to have dragons so badly and Amber well... she was a character I was in love when I was kid because she just seemed to have this girl next door beauty for me that captives people through her warm personality, and I wanna be like her. Well like her with dragons so I can literally warm things up.

11. Where did you get the names of your characters in "Tales of Flame"?– purple_porpoise

Uhm, well some of them are new and some of them are from my 12-year-old self (when ToF had a different path) Caellum is an old name from the 12-year-old me, I don't remember how I got it. Amethyst well, I like that precious stone. Clotaire was from google "warrior names". Arantxa, Quizarie, Averel were from a deep part of my brain that likes to meddle with name spellings. Oonagh means fairy queen in Irish folklore but I changed the pronunciation because I hated the actual pronunciation: "Úna". Thania, Zoltar, Aethra are all mixtures from different names of different mythologies. Well most of them are simply abrupt and doesn't really have meaning... but some necessarily needs them.

12. Saan din galing ang "Zelina"? Hehe. – purple_porpoise

I don't know hahahaha... from my parents. It's my actual name.

13. What is the best advice you've ever received? – purple_porpoise

"Don't be lazy!" I tend to be lazy at times of distress and it's really irritating *cries at a corner*

14. Why do you think people are more scared to shark attack than heart attack? – LyonetteAV

Hmm... shark attacks are more exposed to people's imagination. Seeing it happening in movies is terrifying and it creates some sort of fright in people's minds. It's similar to how people are afraid of ghosts because they see them in movies and TV. While heart attacks are often used in scenes that makes me people sad, so it doesn't really frighten anyone as much as shark attacks do.
