Hermione's POV

Finally, with Edmund back all of us were eating breakfast together.

"Narnia isn't going to run out of toast, Ed" Lucy laughed.

"Lucy, the Queen probably never fed him. It's not nice to joke like that when someone's just come out of a life threatening situation" I said sternly. Gosh, now I know why Harry and Ron always say that Mgonnagal is my 'mentor'.

Peter like always started talking and ignored me like usual. "I'm sure they'll pack some up for the journey back"

"We're going home?" Susan asked confused. Let me tell you, that girl is EVIL! I always knew she wanted to be incharge.

I really wanted to say "Might as well be Malfoy's twin sister" or "Did you ever meet Draco Malfoy, YOUR LONG LOST BROTHER" but since this was that serious family issue I kept my mouth shut.

"You are. I promised Mum I'd keep you three safe. But that doesn't mean I can't stay and help" Peter muttered. THAT GIT THINKS HE'S THE HERO THAT HAS TO SAVE EVERYONE!!! Hermione, it's not your family issues so keep your mouth shut I kept on telling myself.

"But, they need us...All four of us" Lucy says with watering eyes.

"Lucy, it's too dangerous. You almost drowned, Edmund was almost killed! And also, Hermione you're going too"

After that I couldn't keep my mouth shut. "Why you're not my brother!"

"Well, your safety is important too!"

"You're saying that to the girl with the magic wand?" I ask sarcastically.

"What if you get killed!"

"Which is why we have to stay" Edmund says saving me. But unfortunately everyone started staring at him.

"I've seen what the White Witch can do...and I've helped her do it. And we can't leave these people behind to suffer for it" he continued. It's animals behind not these people behind.

I quickly grab hold of Edmund's hand trying to comfort him. I know how it feels, okay not me but Harry does.

"I suppose that's it then" Susan says getting up.

"You're going home?" Peter asked hopefully.

"To get in some practice" she says picking up her bow and arrows.

I got an old pair of bow and arrows to practice with.

Susan tried to hit the target but missed the bulls eye by a little bit.

I took a deep breath, honestly I was terrified to hold a weapon and a wand does not count.

I closed my eyes and released the arrow.

"That's not fair!" Susan whines.

I opened my eyes and I GOT BULLS-EYE!!!

"Come on! En guard! Keep your sword up like Oreius showed us! Now block!" Peter yells. Guess he changed his mind about making us go home.

"Come on Peter! Go easy on him; he's on a horse!" I scream. Just then Edmund yells "Whoa horsey!"

"My name is Philip" The horse replied bluntly. That earned a gasp from Lucy and a shock apology from Edmund.

Mrs.Beaver runs up to us. She look like she'd seen Mr.Beaver eat all our lunch, cuz in a camp you don't have a whole lot of food.

"You'd better come quick! The Witch has demanded a meeting with Aslan. She's on her way there!"

I'm SOOO sorry for the sucky chapter. I'm terribly sick and could barely get out of my bed. So more votes, comment and fans will surely inspire me to write more!
