APOLLO'S POV

I guess my girls are exactly alike, they major in the exact same weapons.

"Well looks like we're really going to win a prize for being the most alike twins," Clary said driely.

"What," my other daughter asks.

"We major in the exact same weapons," Clary answered her, then looking over to Selene asks, "Does Cam have powers too?"

"I believe she has only a few, like teleportation, vampirism, and telekinesis."

"Huh," again Cameron says in her lost voice.

"You're part vamp, have magic, and can move things with your mind," Clary explained, "Get back to your Warrior training."

"Actually, I think you can train her Clary," I tell her, "You've mastered every weapon and are the best.  You could go back to your realm and train her, I'll do an evaluation of her training at the end."

"Ok, but for now she needs to train with mom," Clary says, "Let's go daddy."

CLARE'S POV

I walked away from my mom and sister to the house with my daddy.

"Thank the God's we're away from her," I say sitting down on the doorstep outside the house.

"You don't like your sister," daddy asked me sitting down next to me.

"I love her, she's my sister," I tell him.

"I think I hear a 'but' coming," he says.

"But to come here I had to join our minds together, I heard every thought she has of me and I can still hear them because of our connection.  She doesn't want me as a sister, doesn't approve of my life style, hates my friends for no reason, and she wasn't even sure she wanted to meet you and mom, her biological parents."

"Well think of it from her perspective.  A couple of weeks ago she believed she was a normal human girl then out of nowhere she shifts into a wolf.  Not even a week later a girl looking exactly like her pops up at her front door claiming to be her long lost twin and that she is a daughter of the Moon Goddess and Sun God," daddy says.

"I can understand that," I grumble, "But that doesn't excuse her for hating my friends and life style."

"Again think about where she came from.  From what I hear not many humans are into 2-1 relationships, especially forever lasting relationships.  I don't know what to say about her hating your friends except give her time," daddy tells me, "That is what she needs right now, time."

"Ok daddy," I say, "Now let's practice with swords."

Standing up while laughing, dad made a sword appear in his hand and I made my sword appear.

We looked at each other and knew the unspoken word 'begin' had rang through the air.  Lifting our swords we started fighting.

We moved into a sort of rhythm hit, dodge, slice, jump, hit, dodge, slice, jump.

An almost repeated movement from us both.

SELENE'S POV

I love both of my daughters and I know it's wrong to choose favorites, but my favorite daughter is Clarissa, just like Apollo's.

It's not because we've known Clarissa longer that she's our favorite, it's because she's more lively.  Throughout every bad thing that's happened in her life, she is still so strong and doesn't let her past demons carry her down.

Cameron lived a life of a princess, her carrier parents adored her and she got everything her heart could ever desire.  Cameron was popular and coveted by the people she went to class with.  Cameron lived a life of privilege and ended up not being a strong woman.  She isn't as lively as a girl with her privileges should be.

Turning my focus back to Cameron I remembered how I got on this train of thought, Cameron was trying to master Telekinesis.  She couldn't move a pencil across the desk without it flying off into the wind, then she could move a chair but only a couple of inches.

Honestly if I was training with Clarissa everything would go much faster.  Clarissa was my prize pupil.  Cameron was not the easiest student to teach.

I looked at my daughter and mate, of course they were training.  Those two couldn't sit still for more than an minute.  The swords clinged and clanged as Clarissa beat Apollo in the swords fight.

After making the swords disappear knives popped up in their hands magically.  Now turning back to Cameron, I think of how her training with Clarissa will be like.

Then finally after 10 minutes Cameron was able to push the pencil across the desk easily.  A couple of minutes later she was using her mind to move the chair.

"Now use your telekinesis to move me," I tell Cameron.

CAMERON'S POV

My mother adores Clare, I can see it in her eyes, I can somehow feel it.  I can feel the love she has for me, it's nothing compared to the love she has for Clare.  It's distracting, I keep getting side-tracked feeling her emotions that I can't focus on my telekinesis.

I can feel the frustration coming from my mom each time I failed, finally when I blocked out everyone and everything I was able to focus.  I focused on using my telekinesis on the pencil and chair, I succeeded in doing it correctly.  I could feel the pride coming from mom.

"Now use your telekinesis to move me," she says.

I did exactly as I did with the chair and pencil.  I tuned every distraction out and only focused on my task, moving my mom.  I concentrated on my telekinesis power and let it flow throughout my body and up towards my head.  I then let flow to its destination.

My mother was lifted up from the ground, I did that.  I levitated her from the ground using my telekinesis.

"Good job Cameron," mom says proudly, "You've finally mastered your first power.  Now let's work on your teleportation."

I was actually excited about learning this one.  I would be able to go anywhere!

"Okay, so there are 2 rules to teleportation. Rule 1) never teleport to a place you haven't been to before, like have you ever been to Paris before," mom asks.

"No"

"Then you cannot under any circumstances teleport there, in doing so you could end up in the middle of a busy street, therefore exposing the supernatural community," mom tells me, "Rule 2) do not ever teleport in your wolf form.  As a wolf, the connection to your wolf is strong, you both share control and the brain.  So if you teleport while you're shifted you can end up anywhere, even if it isn't the place you wanted to go."

"How does that happen," I ask.

"Well like mom said you and your wolf's connection is stronger.  If your wolf is thinking about going to Atlanta and your thinking of going to New Orleans, you can end up in either place or a place somewhere in between the two," Clare says coming up behind me.

"Yeah the first rule was made because of your mother, the second your grandmother," my dad says from beside Clare.

"We don't talk about the incident," mom says stopping our dad from telling us the stories, "Now Cameron and I have training to do so if you'll excuse us."
