"Quickly, quickly," North jumped from roof to roof laughing.

"I'd tell you to stay outa me way, but what's the point, you won't be able to keep up anyway," Bunny taunted Jack as they flew and hopped a high speeds.

"Is that a challenge cottontail?" Jack taunted right back.

"Oh you don't wanna race a rabbit mate," Bunny warned, picking up speed.

"This is going to be epic!" North popped in and out of chimneys.

I let out a loud laugh and sped ahead of North, creating some luck in the palm of my hand and sprinkling it on myself.

"If it's a race you want, it's a race you'll get," I howled into the night at them.

Tooth was spazzing out about how teeth were everywhere and ended up running into a billboard.

"You okay?" I heard Jack ask as I slowed down to see if Tooth was injured.

"Sorry, it's been a really long time since I've been out in the field," she flew in a circle happily grinning.

"How long is a long time?" Jack seemed cautious to question.

"Four-hundred and forty years, give or take," she answered before zooming off to collect another tooth.

Bunny ran through his tunnels to get to the rooms faster, and North used his chimney and his sleigh, while Sandy, Jack, Tooth, and I all flew. I flew through open windows and under almost every pillow I checked was a recently pulled tooth, thanks to the bit of luck I gave myself. I left a few pennies under the pillows with teeth, all heads up for good luck, adding a penny that was tails up every now and then just to see if they would pass it on or not. I am tied for first on the naughty list you know.

I flew by a window one time and saw North and Bunny stuck in one of Bunny's holes while Sandy was holding a tooth in his hand. I chuckled a little and watched for a few more seconds before I felt a cool wind pass me by. I quickly left the window and flew on, not willing to give Jack the lead.

There was another time I witnessed Bunny slipping down the side of a roof with a tooth in his hand, only to see Jack swipe it from him on his way down. Sandy then took the tooth from Jack's loose grip and flew off. I laughed as I passed him and stuck my tongue out.

At one point in our teeth hunt, Jack and I were tied, as were Bunny and Sandy, and North came up with the most. We were all standing on a roof showing Tooth our progress, and she seemed impressed.

"Wow, you guys collect teeth and leave gifts as fast as my fairies," she commented.

"Thanks," I replied with a smile, while the rest of them lowered their bags of teeth slightly. They had a look on their faces like they knew they were forgetting something, but they didn't know what. Hah, I guess they just remembered what they forgot.

"You guys have been leaving gifts right?" Tooth asked.

Sandy started to nod but then shook his head 'no'. Everyone shrugged their shoulders like they were about to get hit and looked at Tooth apologetically. They had to go to a Laundromat to get some coins to leave the kids, it was hilarious for Tooth and I to watch.

While they went to leave their gifts of coins, candy canes, and eggs, I spotted a familiar orange and brown tabby pelt sitting on a cloud.

"Affiah!" I exclaimed, racing up to her perch to hug her, "Long time, no see."

"Clover! And here I thought you forgot about me," the spirit of the clouds hugged me back.

"Never, I've just been helping the guardians with this problem that seemed to pop up," I replied as I let go, "It turns out, Pitch is back."

"Pitch?" Affiah gasped, holding her paw to her mouth, "Are you sure you can handle it on your own?"

"There's a new guardian too, but I'm sure Bunny wouldn't mind seeing you," I teased with a smirk, watching as her fur tinted pink.

Bunny and Affiah have a long history together. They dated at one point in time, but were forced to break up because of Affiah's job as the spirit of the clouds, it kept her away too much. As far as I know though, the two of them never truly got over their little crush. I tried telling them that they could work it out, but either they didn't hear me, or they just didn't believe it was meant to be. I'm still trying to get them back together though, so cross your fingers.

"Come visit them with me, you can get back to work in the morning, for now just take a little break," I didn't give her a choice as I grabbed her paw and flew her to the last place I saw the guardians.
