Kevin

"So you good?"

"Yes Kevin, for the last time I'm good."

Walking past me, heading to her side of the closet, she doubled back and kissed me.

"I'm just making sure. I don't want anything happening to y'all."

"I understand babe, I really do but I've been away long enough."

After I got back from my outta town set with Aug, she been really sick, so sick that she been out of work for a week and half now. At one point I had to take her to the hospital because of how she was throwing up.

"Fine." I sighed.

Walking out of our bedroom, I walked into our son's nursery. With Nita being sick, Keira took it upon herself and hired some people to finish it off. She even went as fat as to buying the furniture and shit for the room.

"I really don't know what I'm going to do with and without Keira." I smiled as I looked around.

When Nita had seen it, she broke down crying. The overall look was beyond what we had in mind.

"She's amazing huh?"

Feeling Nita's arms wrap around me and her belly on my back, I smiled.

"She's crazy." I laughed.

"I still can't believe she did all of this."

Stepping into the room, she walked over to the crib

Stepping into the room, she walked over to the crib.

"I can. From the moment she said she would finish it, I knew she was going to be extra and go all out."

"I get that but I didn't envision this."

"You've seen YaYa's room though. From her nursery to her bedroom." I laughed.

"True." She nodded.

Picking up one of the stuffed bears, I just looked at her from the other side of the room. Though she's been good, I could sense something was off.

"You ready for me to take you over to the spot?" I walked up on her.

"Ummm, I'll go later. I could use a nap."

"Ok. You know I'm not going to say no to that." I smirked.

"Come lay with me?" She asked.

"Fuck yes."

Scooping her up bridal style, she laughed then just stared at me. As I began to leave, she began to cry.

"C'mon ma, why you crying?"

"No reason." She shook her head.

"I know you tired, just say it."

She got quiet.
