“Lydia, please can we just get along?” Emilia was putting her clothes on the closet and Lydia was choosing what bathing suit to wear.

“I don’t think so…” she said not even looking at her.

“Look! I’m sorry ok?” Emilia sat on the red hair’s bed and Lydia looked at her leaving her clothes and crossing her arms “I didn’t mean to be such a bitch, I really want to get along with you”

Lydia looked at the selling and thought for like 10 seconds, then she went back to look at her clothes. Emilia felt terrible she really wanted to make things good with her cousin. Lydia watched her and hide a smile.

“Fine…” she said finally and Emilia showed her a huge smile.

“Really?” she looked like a five year old.
“Yes, but this is something we are going to do together,  I’ll change my attitude and you’ll change yours”
Emilia seemed confused.

“what do you mean?” she asked

“For starts, you are not wearing that to go to the beach” Emilia looked at her one-piece bathing suit and then at Lydia again.

“What’s wrong with this?” Lydia laughed
“Really? you look like an old woman, the old lady downstairs wears nicer bathing suits”

“Hey!” Emilia looked offended “ I love this colour”

“Well luckily for you, I have a better one in the same colour” she took a beautiful suit in red and grey of two pieces “And we are the same size so…” Lydia gave the bikini to her and smiled. "Now put it on so we can go to the beach and find ourselves some cute guys to flirt with”
Emilia rolled her eyes

“How do you do that?” she asked while she was changing in the bathroom

“Do what?” Lydia said pulling her hair on a pony tail.

“That thing with guys, you have flings and nothing else, don’t you fall in love or something?”

“I promise myself never to fall again, after Luke and how he hurt me, you were there” She smiled “men look better with their mouth shut and naked”

Emilia left the bathroom showing her bikini to her cousin and when she looked at the mirror she loved what she saw.
“Wow” she gasped “it’s a really good bathing suit”

“You can have it, red it’s not my colour” she was fully dressed now and grabbing something to put in her bag. Emilia beamed at her.

“Thanks that’s actually sweet…” She didn't know why she changed so fast but if Lydia was going to start being like this, she could totally handle two months with her.

Emilia took her bag and put a towel in it.
“See I think we can get along quite well” she said and Lydia smiled “and about boys, sometimes is good that they talk and that they make you smile”

“You know, things like that are the ones that make me wonder why do we talk to each other” She opened the door of their room for Emilia to leave.

“Fine we won’t talk feelings, promise”
Both of them smiled and headed their way to the beach.

“Why are we here again?” Stiles asked Kit while he was lying on the sand and looking at three girls playing beach volleyball with two very fit guys

“Because we wanted to get out of the city life for a few months and to enjoy our  summer after a hard year of college” Kit was staring at the sky, it was bright blue, like the brunette’s eyes.

He stood still,  why was he still thinking about that girl? He sighed, he was not going to deny that the girl was beautiful, but something else happened there and he couldn’t get it. She didn’t try to make a move on him, she didn’t flirt and she was not all over him, like most girls use to be. Either he was losing his touch or this girl didn’t like him at all.
