"Come on Xavier fight like you mean it! Have confidence in your blows, and parries!" I cried out to Xavier, we were practicing like normal, and he was improving just about as much as my energy's slow decent. "I'm trying but you're moving to quick for me to even think fast enough to start an attack!" Xavier wined. Sheathing my sword I said, "Xavier you asked me to train you, and if you wish to continue I suggest you tell me why you wish to fight." He was silent, so I continued, "If you can not come up with a clear answer your training as of now has stopped. Once you can give me a clear answer of why you wish for me to train you and why you want to fight then we will see if you are worthy of this training." Finishing my statement I left the training hall.

Some time later while I was enjoying my leisure  a messenger boy came up to me and spoke frantically about some sort of disturbance in the east corner of our territory. Well there goes my day off. "Thank you I will check it out immediately." The boy nodded and went back in the direction he had come. I set off to find Haradock and his patrol group. Once I found them I was entirely informed of the situation that we were about to walk into. An attack had been unleashed on one of the villages that was close to our location and some of the attackers were sent to find the survivors and kill them. We split up into pairs and went our separate ways to try and eliminate the newest intruders.  The agreement was that any human we find will die, we couldn't risk someone with bad intentions coming into Saregami.

*Mystical Time Skip*

(1 hour later)

This isn't right. These people are innocent, but it is better than them being killed slowly by the enemy. Killing a young man I thought this to my self. No! I can not let my emotions get in the way of my orders. I hid my self in a tree a couple miles away from my previous kill sight. After a while of no commotion anywhere near me I moved deeper into the forest, which in any case was one of the most likely places that the runaways and the attackers would go. Keeping a close eye on my surrounding I hid my self in the shadows. As I thought there were 3 men that came close to me in under a minute. I presumed they were attackers so I abandoned my hiding place in the shadows. The men tried to attack me using only their strength, I easily dogged their attacks and killed them with a flick of my wrist, my blade turing crimson red with the blood of my victims. Cleaning the blood off my blade my mind wandered to the men I had just killed. So many lives lost over a stupid dispute between villages.

While I was cleaning my blade Xavier walked up behind me, I let him think that he had the element of surprise, but once he was close enough my blade glided effortlessly to his throat in a matter of seconds. "Xavier.... It is not wise for you to walk up behind me like that. Especially when I'm like this." "But, I...."  I finished cleaning my blade and walked off before he could finish his sentence,  I wanted to be alone, and I didn't need Xavier around to annoy me the rest of the day. Of course that didn't happen he followed me, annoyed me, and I had half a mind to kill him and say it was an enemy that killed him.

About 20 minutes later I had shaken him of my trail and walked on in almost complete silence once I was sure he would never be able to track me down again. My were eyes still blazing with fury but my hands were relaxed now. I didn't know where I was going, but anywhere was better than with Xavier. He can really piss me off sometimes. I found myself walking to the north end of the forest. Maybe this is what I needed; a long walk out in the fresh air to try and get things strait. It has been awhile since I visited the surface; mostly I've been having to deal with the crap at Saregami. The sun still blinded me when an opening occurred in the trees, I guess all that time in darkness did give me a few weaknesses. "At least its's fall." I said sighing, fall was my favorite season besides summer.

I had no clue for how long I had been walking but it was apparently for a while, because when I looked up to the sky from a clearing in the trees there was a full moon at its highest peak. "Huh, I didn't even notice the time fly by." But, when I looked around I noticed that my enhanced vision was filling in for the lack of sunlight. Everything has a turquoise tint to it. I climbed the tallest tree I could find in a 30 ft. radius of me and I couldn't even see Saregami from where I was at. "Well I'm screwed, and Xavier is probably lost by now. He is my responsibility so I guess I'll have to go find him." I said with a heavy sigh as i climbed back down the tree.

I was following my foot prints back to where everything looked familiar to me, I was about half way to Saregami when a heard a scream, it was a close scream, and I had a horrible feeing I knew who it was from. I rushed to where I had believed the scream came from, and what I saw made my stomach turn. Before me lay a mix between a pack of wolves, some where dead, some where dying a slow painful death, some where feasting off the remains of the enemies, or at least I assumed they were my enemies I couldn't very well tell because look covered everything, clothes were torn to shreds, and it was all just a big bloody mess. After walking a little further though the mess I found Xavier, he was already covered in blood and gashes, and naturally pinned against a wall with wolves surrounding him. How does he even manage to get himself into these type's of situations?! "AROURA! HELP ME PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU!!" Xavier screamed to me as a wolf was about to leap at his thought I was already in front of him blocking it's path. "Listen if any of you have any common sense you will turn around and high tail it out of here!" I shouted to the wolves with a glare that could kill.

Some of the wolves had some common sense and ran off, as for the rest of the small group the alpha jumped at me in full attack. I pushed Xavier behind me and to the wall while jabbing one of my daggers into the heart of the alpha wolf that dared to attack me. It pained me to kill a powerful animal that was just trying to survive, but I did give it fair warning and it did not come to appreciate my kindness. The wolf landed on the ground with a not so quiet thud. At that point I had three wolves rush me at once, Xavier tried to help but i knocked him to the ground because the only thing he would do is get in the way. I took the other dagger out of it's sheath at my waist and killed the two wolves communing at me from he side. The third wolf I kicked away before it could attack me while I was at the disadvantage. It didn't have time to rush me again before I jabbed one of my daggers as hard as I could through it's thick skull. "Xavier! What the heck where you thinking! Coming out here when a bunch of wolves where attacking, and deciding well yea it's totally a great idea to stay out here when the wolves have already killed off everybody else and I probably have a clear escape whIle THEY'RE TO BUSY KILLING OFF EVERYBODY ELSE!" I yelled at him while he was still sitting in the dirt, it took me a few seconds to realize that he was quaking in fear for the experience he just had. Saying nothing I reached out my hand to help Xavier up, and once he was on his feet I pulled him into a hug. "Sorry, it must have been terrifying to have got though that."
