I'm a matter of seconds Haradock has disappeared from sight. I was smarter than to rush outside and face a dragon head on, but then I remembered a single name. Xavier. I couldn't go and fight if something happened Xavier would be in deep trouble, so I ran back to where Xavier was. To my surprise Xavier was sitting up awake. He must have heard me or something because I always stuck to the shadows out of a force of habit so no one ever saw me whenever I was around. He must have sensed my presence, he might not be the smartest but he definitely wasn't normal. There were very few people who could sense my presence and he undoubtedly was one of them.

"I wasn't expecting you to wake up so soon." I said low and half way under my breath. "I didn't know you could actually care about someone, and here I thought you were some monster from hell with out a living soul." I glared at him from the dark corner. This was not the Xavier I knew, this was an imposter pretending to be him. Xavier would have never said anything like that, to anyone, he was way to nice. I was to drawn into my confused thoughts to notice that I had drawn out a dagger and was getting ready to kill. Before I could stop myself I was walking over to Xavier holding the dagger firmly in my hand. Natural instincts were kicking into play, reasonable thinking couldn't overcome what was drilled into me from the first day that I can remember.

A moment to late Nara had appeared, my dagger was at Xavier's throat, if he moved it was the end of his short lived life. A single trail of bright red blood streamed down his neck, struggling was pointless it only made things more painful, Nara tried to move closer but I pressed the dagger down harder as a warning. Thankfully I still had some sense in me I had pulled out a dagger with only one sharpened edge, the other was dull, this was the side against his neck. The tip of the dagger was the cause of the blood, I could see Nara trying to talk but I heard nothing. I felt nothing, I was a cold hearted killer, Xavier was right calling me a monster without a soul. That's what I am, what I always will be, nothing more, nothing less. An assassin who was kept away from her job for way to long, I had enough sense to create a fake childhood incase they tried to go through my memories, some parts were true, most not, but a lie isn't a lie without a little truth weaved into it.

A faint smile appeared on my face when I looked into Xavier's eyes and saw nothing but fear. That smile was soon replaced though when I saw the fear disappear, and turn into pity. Why? Why would anyone pity me? There's nothing to pity, my feelings aren't important, I'm okay with how I live. Again to self absorbed in my thought's, Xavier used my confusion to grab some sharp object and slice open my side. I didn't feel it at first but the pain soon came, my expression showed no evidence that I was in pain, but I was horrible, excruciating pain. He must have been paying attention when I was teaching him fighting techniques. This was something we went over. Damn it!! Pressing the dagger down harder onto his throat, I decided to see who this really was, I did just as Nara had taught me and dug deep into his mind. Suddenly I dropped the dagger, this was Xavier, but he wasn't normal. No there was something special about him, I kept this information to myself, because he didn't know I could tell.

I looked up and Nara was looking over Xavier, "Relax I didn't puncture anything vital." I said in a calm and slightly pissed off voice. "WHAT THE HELL AURORA?!" Nara started yelling and cussing me out big time, I had never seen her like this before. I simply got up and walked out of the room, stopping at the door only to say goodbye forever. After that I disappeared into the shadows with out a trace. I got to the front gate and my jaw dropped, just about all of my soldiers had been wiped out by one single monster. A dragon who had to have been hundreds, no THOUSANDS of years old stood before Saragami. I spotted Haradock running towards it, I ran after him and pulled him away, "WHAT ARE YOU STUPID, YOU'LL GET YOURSELF KILLED IF YOU TRY TO TAKE THAT THING HEAD ON!!!"I yelled angrily at him, I tied Haradock to a tree well away from the dragons rage.

I sat on a ledge waiting to see what would happen, as always keeping close to the shadows. More soldiers kept pouring out of Saragami only to be killed in an instant, then someone caught my eye. A bright red headed kid came running out, to small to be Rouge or Blade I thought to myself, then it hit me, ALEX! This kid is out of his mind, he'll be killed, but he's to close now, I can't do anything but watch. I sat there expecting to see this kid to be killed in a single blow but that didn't happen at all. Instead it looked like they were...communicating? But that's impossible! No one can communicate with dragons except if they're a rider, and they've been dead for hundreds of years! I jumped down from my ledge, and walked slowly to Alex who seemed to be in a trance with the dragon.
