Thor watches Sif as a playful look suddenly takes over in her expressive dark eyes. He narrows his own cerulean eyes as he looks at her closely for a moment. He speaks to her in a quiet tone of voice full of contemplation after a moment's hesitation full of watching her.

"I wonder what it is on your mind, my lady. You have a look in your eyes that I am not sure I like or not. What do you have planned for me, I wonder? Or should I even be asking that question, my lady?"

He keeps his eyes narrowed slightly for added effect to let her know that he is genuinely curious but also quite wary of her true intentions for the look on her facial features. He loves her and wants only the best for her...but what does she have planned for him in the end?

He knows he can trust her and he trusts her with his very life. In fact, one could say that he has placed his life in her hands more than once before during battles.

The thought of her having his HEART in her hands, however, is a thought that frightens him more than he could ever admit to anyone...especially to her. How would she react to such a thing if he is to admit it to her?

Would she be offended or would she laugh? Would she be hurt or would she push him in a playful manner? The thought of a negative reaction is enough to bring a shudder to the Asgardian's entire lithe body as he looks down at her for a moment.

He bites his lower lip in a very rare sign of concern. He does not often show such things to other people, especially to a stranger, but he knows he can trust Sif. He knows also that she will take note of his concern, though she would not say anything to him about it at first.

He has to relax or suffer the consequences at his consort's hands. He has to lower his head for a moment so that he does not reveal anything else to the Goddess of War. He does not want to overwhelm her after such a heavy revelation.

He has never given anyone his heart before so he does not know what else to do at this point. Should he bring up anything else or will she do it for him and spare him the added stress? He decides to remain silent out of agitation more than anything else.

Just as Sif was just about to reply to Thor, Loki stupidly waltzed into her room. 'Thor, you made it back.' Sif's eyes narrowed as she moved away from Thor reluctantly.

Loki had seen them together and she didn't care about that as much as the fact that she was still angry at him and she knew that he thought that with Thor in the room she wouldn't send him flying.

She didn't want Thor in the way of her blows if Loki pissed her off even worse. Though she remained still for the moment as she glared at Loki. At least Baldr was not with him and she realized that Baldr may be a bit smarter than Loki.

Loki seemed to do what he wanted, when he wanted. She knew that Thor could sense her body language now as she went from calm and cuddly to stiff and furious in half a second. Her anger was never directed at Thor and he knew that.

But she also knew that he was wary of upsetting her. She would have to let him know that he never had anything to fear around her. But Loki! He better be afraid. She was not happy with him and she was not afraid now to send him through the wall of her room.

She would not feel remorse for it. Loki asked for it most of the time. He knew what she would do and yet he still acted the way he did. She moved behind Thor to keep from attacking Loki. She wondered what Thor would say to Loki.

Loki broke the silence first. 'Lady Sif....fancy seeing you here." Her eyes went even more narrow as she doubled her fists. She wanted to punch him so badly that she was shaking. What? Had he totally forgotten that shewas angry with him?

Was he trying to pretend nothing happened or did he really think that she wouldn't tell Thor about the earlier incident. All she could do now was hope that Thor would say something to Loki so she wouldn't have to pummel him.

Which she was doing herevery thing in her power not to. She was used to battle and punching Loki was not the worst thing in the world that she could do. Her breathing became heavier as she tried to control her anger.

She thought she was doing just fine until Loki spoke again. 'You really should have given Baldr a chance. You might have liked the kiss, you know. Or you could give me one. I would like that."

That did it. She launched herself at Loki and sent him flying through the wall then landed with her foot on his chest and a knife at his throat. "Say that again and I won't hesitate to use this."
