EleanorLearn here you go!!!

"This has got to be your worst idea yet..." I scoffed as merry and pippin- A.K.A. Her loser best friends- try to find a sufficient firework from Gandalf's stashed cart.
"It's not a bad idea! It was my idea!" Merry-futaille- tries to defend himself.
"Her point exactly" Pippin quips right back
"Hey! Just grab the magic thing..." merry looks down, blushing mind you. He seems to always do that around me...I wonder why?
I lean against the cart trying to cure my boredom by picking at my nails and when I'm about to start whining I see merry and Pippin both run off with something in their hands; Well Pippin runs off...merry try's to look casual eating an apple-fails-then he runs off.

I skimpily shake my head, click my tongue and trudge along behind them grumbling the whole way.
"What are they even going to do with the stupid magic fire...thing?" I ask aloud, unknowingly gaining the attention of a certain wandering wizard.

"My dear, what ever do you mean 'magic-fire-thing'" he questioned with piqued interest and suspicion. "And why do you look so annoyed?"

"Well...I supposed i should stop them before they do something stupid...Merry and Pippin took-"

*BOOM*

Suddenly a mountain appears in the sky with a very large red dragon circling around it and it started to fly up before crashing back down.

"DUCK!!" I screeched.

Everyone was terrified and had Frodo not thrown Bilbo to the ground he would've been set on fire! Once the dragon swooped low it climbed back up into the night sky and went up in a particularly fantastic array of sparks.

"*ahem* Well that was...exciting?" I said more as a question than anything else. While everyone else is cheering for more.

"Yes, Well, thank you for trying to warn me
(y/n), I am off to see a particular set of hobbits..."

I personally couldn't imagine wait to see what those two clot heads had to do to redeem themselves. So, me being the person I am, I skipped off behind Gandalf to see the two most idiotic hobbits I know, although merry is a bit cuter than most hobbits...ok a lot cuter. But I literally don't stand a chance...he sees me as a sister...bummer. But then as my mood soured I rounded the corner to see an exploded tent with two hobbits covered head to toe in soot, hair blown back, arguing about which 'magic fire thing' to do next. Obviously I burst out laughing, even with Gandalf standing right in front of me holding their ears and dragging them off who knows where to do who knows what. I simply followed along cackling the whole time.

----

While Gandalf and I chat, Merry and Pippin wash dishes. I can feel Merry's stare on me almost the whole time; I would occasionally look up to meet his eyes and he would quickly look away every time. While we did this-unbeknownst to me and Merry- Gandalf and Pippin shared knowing glances, Gandalf quickly stood up cleared his throat and asked Pippin to talk to him in private. I could've sworn I heard Pip say to merry 'go for it' but I couldn't be sure.
"So..." Merry attempted to break the ice after about thirty seconds.
"So..." was my pathetic attempt...

Merry suddenly dropped his dish that he was washing into the water marched up to me and asked me something I'd never thought I'd hear him ask.
"Can I put my mouth on your mouth? Wait why did I just say that?!"
He smacked himself in the head as I crack up laughing. I simply take his face in my hands and kiss him with all I have. He stood in shock for a few seconds but quickly reciprocated and we moved in sync. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped mine around his neck. We tilted to the side and it was getting pretty heated when-

*AHEM*

Frodo awkwardly coughed off to the side... I jumped off of merry but he held on to me and I buried my face in his neck giggling.

"Well, it's about time!" Bilbo exclaimed loudly, " I may not get out often but I know you two are a match mate sent directly by the Illuvatar himself!"

I blush from my head to my toes and hurried myself further-if possible-into merry's neck. He gladly holds onto me tighter and Bilbo, Gandalf, frodo, and Pippin all have happy smiles on their faces.
