I drove down the quiet street towards my new school. I parked my car and got my bag and walked into the school. The inside looked a lot nicer than the outside. I looked around and found to large doors labeled office. I walked inside and waited as an older lady walked up to me "Is there anything you need, young man?" She asked. "Yes, I'm a new student here my name is Mason Smith." "Ah yes. I have your schedule and locker number right here." The woman said before handing me a small stack of papers. "Thank you. Have a nice day." I say before walking out. I pulled my schedule out of the stack or papers and glanced at it before heading down the hall looking for the room numbered 252, that was my first class. Math.
I finally found the room. I walked inside as everybody just stared at me. I walked up to the teacher and gave him my new student slip. He stared at me "You're late." I looked down "I had trouble finding the room" he scuffed and directed me to sit in an empty sit next to a girl with bright blue hair. I walked and sat next to her as she just stared at me with her big brown eyes. I gulped a bit nervous as her eyes burned into my soul. She then spoke up "That was some excuse you had for being late." I narrowed my eyes a bit and ignored her. I could still feel her staring at me "Wow rude. You could at least introduce yourself instead of ignoring me." I looked back at her and started blankly "Well.. I'm Evelyn" she stated. She grinned "You're pretty quiet aren't you?" I shrugged and heard the dreadful teachers voice "Is there something you two would like to share with the class that's so important that it can't wait till after class?" Evelyn spoke before I could "No actually I'm just trying to make our new student more welcome cause it seems you teachers have a horrible way of doing it." The teacher glared "Go to the office." She glared and got up "Good luck new kid!" She said before walking out of the small classroom. My face heated up as I felt everybody's eyes on me.
