"Natsu.." She spoke softly, gripping hard onto his vest. "Get up.." She pleaded, but no movement was seen from the fire dragon slayer. The blonde never noticed tears rolling down her cheeks, as she raised her voice and said it once more.
"I said get up!" She shook his shoulders, only to have is head roll to the side, still not awaking. Her eyes trailed down to the area where a giant hole resided in his right side, dark particles surrounding it from the blow, seeing as he only taken it minutes before.
She had gone haywire. Her body had begun to move on its own, and her only subconscious was there to watch the entire thing go down. Her (Once crimson red) eyes returned brown and cloudy.
Natsu happened to be there when it all happened.
When she became the devil.
He'd jump in front of Wendy, whom was just out of magic power, to save her from a blow Lucy Heartfilia set upon the poor child.
Lucy Heartfilia was a murderer.
She couldn't return back to Fairytail after what she'd done. Heck, she couldn't even move from the position she was in.
Leaning over the deceased pink-haired dragon slayer she once came to love, she only gritted her teeth as tears pooled from her eyes and onto his bare chest.
"I'm sorry..." She repeated over and over, burying her face in her arms on the pinkette's chest.
"I'm so sorry, Natsu...!!"
Her dragon slayer was gone.
By a simple, careless mistake.
A mistake caused by Lucy Heartfilia.
