He straddled her in his arms, tears overflowing at the sight of the woman behold him.
Covered in scratches and wounds. Blood trickling down from every cut on her cold, pale body.
Except.. Blood from another woman shielded the blonde's eyes, fooling the pinkette into thinking he was too late to save his beloved partner.
She wouldn't move or make a single noise, no matter how hard he tried to make her.
He'd thought the poor blonde was dead.
He'd scream her name over and over, in great attempt to get her to wake up.
But she didn't.
Tears finally poured down his onyx eyes, which were now shadowed by his pink locks. He gritted his teeth together, rage and greif taking over his features and movements.
His eyes were no longer big and wide-eyed, filled with curiosity and wonder.
They were now tiny black slits filled with rage and fury.
He set the blonde on the ground gently, before his true colors began to shine through.
Flames erected off all parts of his body, and he sprinted out of the room at the speed of light.
He would bring her back..
But he didn't know how..
He was in pure greif from the loss of his love, that he was only consumed by darkness somewhere along the way.
Now, his mind was clouded over.
He wanted revenge.
He wanted to kill Zeref.
And he didn't even know why.
He just felt the need to kill him.
For all he's done.
All of the events in the past.. Were caused by him.
All of the events in the past has hurt his nakama.
His Lucy.
And now he was ready for revenge.
He was no longer Natsu Dragneel.
He is now Etherious Natsu Dragneel.
