Ok, so I'm writing at the start of this chapter so I can let you know what has happened and what hasn't happened. Robyn has not joined the school yet. And you won't be seeing anything about her in this chapter. Olive has not been told that Clover is a vampire. But Tiffany does know that she's a vampire.
The last chapter has happened but it stopped when Clover was storming to the dorm. Do you get it? Kinda? So let's get on with the chapter!
Clovers POV
I and Olive walk down the hallway, coming back from our last class of the day. "Why don't we get the half term like the rest of the country?" I ask, huffing. Olive looks at me strangely.
"What do you mean? I've never had a break during this term before? Do you mean you got a week off because of Halloween?" Olive says, playing with her phone.
"Halloween? I've never celebrated that before. I would just get a break at this time of the year." I think but I've never heard that word before.
Olive grabs me by the arm and stops me from walking. She looks me straight in the eye, trying to look serious. "You've never heard of Halloween? And you've got powers?!" Olive shrieks and I smile at her reaction but quietly wincing at the powers part.
"Nope. What is it about anyway?" I shake my arm, releasing her grip and continue walking. Out the corner of my eye, I notice a poster hanging up on a wall.
"Look! There's going to be a Halloween party! Read this." She drags me towards it and I study it. On it reads:
"Halloween Party! Make sure to come in costume at 7:00!" Olive looks at me as I read the poster out loud.
"Come on! You have to go! It'll be really fun!" She says.
"Fine." I sigh and she grabs my arm again and we start to walk down the corridor. She suddenly takes a turn and pulls me somewhere that I don't know. "Olive, where are we going?" I ask and she smiles at me.
I taking you to the school shop. If you don't know about Halloween, you obviously don't have a costume! And as you saw on the poster, it says you have to come in costume." Olive says and turns into a room.
It looks kinda like a shop, with shelves stocked with sweets and food. Not many people are shopping but there seem to be crowded in the corner of the shop. Olive drags me towards the crowd of people who seem to be talking quite loudly.
"This is the Halloween section of the shop! You can buy your costume here." Olive says and takes me towards an outfit. It has fur on it and a mask hangs on it. The mask has holes for eyes and the mouth has massive teeth coming from it.
"Let me guess. This is a Werewolf costume?" I say and Olive nods excitedly. We move onto the next one and it looks like it was made especially for a girl. It's red all over and the top is a belly top. Horns rest on the hanger, it sparkling in the light.
"Demon costume," Olive says and I raise my eyebrows at her.
"Quite a revealing one as well," I smirk and we move onto the next one. This one is a mix of black and red with the red going down the middle. The top has a fabric collar that goes up to your neck. The arms have cobwebs hanging from it, kind of like string. I study this one, confused what this one is.
"What is this one Olive?" I ask her.
"It's a vampire obviously! I think you'll look really good in this one." She says and takes it off the shelf.
"That does not look at all like a Vampire!" I argue but I take it anyway. We walk up towards the tall and Olive gets out her purse.
"I can pay. My treat." She says and pays the woman at the till. We walk out of the shop and start to walk towards our dorm
"What about your costume Olive?" Do you already have one?" I ask and she nods her head.
"I've got my traditional costume that I always wear. It's an aqua costume to match my powers." She winks and we reach our dorm. We head in and Olive runs towards her bed. She opens her suitcase and gets out a long blue dress with a cape.
"Oh wow! That looks so nice!" I gasp at it.
"My mum made it for me so it's completely original. Though next year she might need to make me another because I'm growing out of it." She laughs and heads towards the bathroom.
*TIME PASS*
We enter the party and everyone is dressed up in their own costumes. The songs boom through the room and many people dance on the dance floor. I look at Olive and she seems to be beaming with happiness.
"So this is a Halloween party huh?" I say.
"Yep! Do you want to go dance?" She asks and I smile and notice a few people from our class. They see us too and wave. We walk over to them.
"Hey! Very nice costume Clover! Your pale skin really matches the outfit!" A girl says.
"Oh thank you! You look very nice as well!" We continue to talk and then I notice Oscar in the corner of the room. He looks up from the floor and I notice he's wearing a ghost costume, by wearing a plain white sheet over his shoulders.
I wave to him and he waves back. Suddenly he disappears and then re-appears in front of me. He smile is massive. "Transportation remember." He winks and me.
"Oh hi, Oscar!" Olive suddenly says and they greet each other.
"You both look amazing!" He says and we both thank him.
"Clover!" Someone shouts and I turn to them. It's my brother, Dominic and he's wearing a Pirate costume. I smile at him and he raises his eyebrows at my costume. I curtsy. He smiles at me and then goes back to talk to his friends.
"Clover! Here have a sweet!" A boy from my class gives me a sweet and I smile in a thank you.
Everyone starts to dance and we continue to dance until the night finishes.

Happy Halloween! This is a Halloween Special and I hoped you liked it! Thankfully, I don't have school today as its an inset day, unlike most of the schools near me! So I'm publishing this on Halloween!
I used to go out trick or treating but now I give out sweets to the many, many, many kids that knock on my door. I'm one of the houses that get the bucket load of children, unlike others who actually get to eat their sweets.
But anyway, I hope that whatever you're doing this Halloween ( even if you don't celebrate it ) I hope you have a good one!
