I frowned at the lot of people in front of the school. I stepped out of the car and slammed the door shut, looking around. My eyesbrows knitted together as I weaved my way through the crowd. I found Caroline and tapped her on the shoulder.

"What happened?" I asked. She turned to me, looking more then frustrated.

"It's flooded! The dance is over!" She said like it was the biggest offense she'd ever recieved.

"Nope. Parties  moving to my place." Tyler said, walking up to us. He didn't even spare me a glance which meant he remembered our earlier conversation. Good. He should be scared of me. Or at least intimidated. I narrowed my eyes suspciously and turned my head around.

"Klaus is this your-" I cut off when I saw he was gone. I swore I heard him walking behind me. Confusion played over me for a second before the anger started to boil and toil through my blood. If I was chimney I'd be puffing out smoke. He ditched me.

"Jackass!" I shrieked at the top of my lungs and I lashed out in anger, kicking the closest thing to me. Which happened to be a wood bench. It splintered into pieces and they went flying into the air rather enthusiasticalluy. I clutched my fists at my sides, my knuckles going white. I cannot  believe he ditched me. Well okay I could believe it, it just pissed me off more then it should.

"Ari...are you okay?" Caroline asked, looking around wildly. I quickly took a look around, noticing almost all eyes were on me. I turned to Caroline with a shrug and sheepish smile though inside I was still boiling.

"I'm fine, my escort just stood me up." I said. Caroline patted me on the shoulder.

"That sucks, I'm sorry. Want me to get Tyler to beat him up?" She asked with a devilish grin. I shook my head, grimacing inside.

"No, he probably couldn't beat him up." I said.

"Yeah but Tyler  isn't exactly human." Caroline whispered to me and then finally got this knowing look on her face. She gasped dramatically. "Really Arielle?" She whispered angrily. I gave another sheepish grin. Then I looked over at Tyler who was smirking. He knew this was going to happen.

Let's just say that what I did next wasn't very nice, but I haven't always been known to have the best control of my temper. Blood cells in his brain popped and I heard Tyler yelp in pain, holding his head. Caroline turned around quickly to see what had happened and I stopped, putting on an innocent smile.

"What?" Caroline asked him. Tyler glared at me for a fleeting second.

"Nothing." he muttered and pushed past us. I smirked to myself.

"So I guess we should head over to Tyler's." Caroline said with a shrug. I nodded. When we made it to Caroline's I noticed it was already planned out and all of my suspicions were confirmed. Klaus did plan this. I stalked over to a table stacked with food and grabbed a plate. I had been excited for tonight but now I was in a foul mood after being ditched.

It wasn't that I was that Klaus ditched me, it was just the factor of being ditched and feeling like an idiot. Now I didn't even want to dance. I grabbed a fork and started eating some kind of cake or pie. (I wasn't really sure, I couldn't taste it I was so transfixed on being angry)

"The pie stands no chance against you, love." A voice teased beside me. A wonderful british accent that once made me swoon. Even now, it still made my head spin just a little. I turned to him with a sickly sweet grin and jabbed the knife into his hand that was sitting beside me on the table.

He didn't yelp or cause a big commotion like I was so falsely hoping. Instead he grimaced slightly and pulled the fork from his hand. "I deserved that." He muttered, voice holding a slight edge of pain. I scowled at him, crossing my arms over my chest in annoyance.
