1922:
"Oh here comes Stefan." Lexi said, watching as he walks towards us.
"Question Lexi, how did you get him to come meet us?" I ask curiously.
"It's a secret. Stefan, so glad you could make it." Lexi says, turning to Stefan who'd approached us. He looked annoyed with her and turned his eyes to me, curious as to who I am. Lexi sighs. "Stefan this is Arielle, A ripper in the process of getting rid of her addiction to killing." She introduces. I smile dryly at him.
"Pleasure to meet you, i've heard so many...things about you." I say wirily.
"Pleasure's all mine. Lexi you got me to come talk to you what do you want? If you think you can save me, you can't." He says. I give a small laugh under my breath, catching there attention.
"The irony, I said the same thing two decades ago. We're rippers Stefan, not demons. It's not a matter of not being able to be saved, it's just a matter of wanting to be. And you most definitely want to be saved or you wouldn't have come, no matter what Lexi threatened or bribed." I say.
"Well said." Lexi approved. "Now Stefan we can either do this the hard way or the easy way. You can either come with us right now or you can try to run back to Klaus and Rebekah and Arielle will-" He cut her off with a confused look.
"Klaus? Rebekah?" He asks in confusion. Lexi and I share a look. He'd been compelled to forget them. By who? Klaus? It would seem most probable.
"Excuse me ladies, for interrupting but I heard you speaking of Niklaus." A voice said behind Stefan and I looked behind him at a face that looked similar to Elijah and Kol and slightly Rebekah. Ah, he must be Mikael, the father that's hunting Klaus.
"You must be Mikael." I respond and step forward. "My name is-"
"Gabrielle, I know. I remember seeing you back in Salem." He says. I raise an eyebrow questioningly.
"I go by Arielle now. I don't remember seeing you in Salem way back." I reply.
"Well it was brief, I only caught a glimpse of you hanging around Niklaus at your uncle's Tavern I believe. Look what happened to you after being around him." He tisks. I roll my eyes.
"I used to blame Klaus for what I am, now the only thing I can blame Klaus for is tunring me into a vampire, I'm the one who became a ripper myself. If anyone's to blame it's myself." I respond lightly yet there's a darker tone under my voice.
"Perhaps. I really just wanted to know if any of you have seen him, I have to speak with him." He says. I shake my head.
"Not since last night I'm afraid and even if I did I wouldn't have told you." I sneer.
"Arielle." Lexi warns. "Let's go." She says.
"Wait, what about Stefan?" I demand, who's standing there with intrigue over his face.
"Right." She sighs and then slams his head into a brick wall and he falls to the ground unconscious.
"Wow, you didn't even need me." I say, impressed. She rolls her eyes.
"Your help would've been nice but I've been dealing with this ripper for quite a few years." She says.
"If I could just interrupt once more. My son?" He asks.
"Oh. right. You're still here. I may hate Klaus and everything Mikael, but I have no interest in helping you." I say dismissively.
"Pity."
