As he was falling I caught him by his wrist and he was dangling from my hand. I flew scarlet down and took him into the base. I was so terrified that he wouldn't come back and I would have to defend myself on my own. I laid him down on the couch and I saw something black on his hand. It didnt seem good. Maybe he's sick. I put my head on his chest to see if he was breathing. He was. I was so relieved. It's getting pretty dark... I don't wanna leave him here in case he wakes up. I decided to stay and watch him sleep. I'm too afraid to go to sleep and I'm can't sleep knowing that he... might not wake up. I watched him all night and I didn't get a single moment of sleep. It's was getting sunrise so I went to the kitchen and made him soup. I placed it on the table next to him, hoping that he'll wake up. I turned around and I started to walk away until I heard a groaning noise, I turned around so fast my head almost swung off. Jayden was fidgeting a little. I went up to him and shook him a little. "Jayden?" I said quietly. He suddenly jerked up breathing hard. I immediately hugged him, he seemed surprised at first but then he hugged back. "Jayden!, you fainted and almost fell and-and--" I said so happy he's alive. "Chill out Alexis" he told me.
"Sorry I'm just so happy your awake !"I say excitedly. He looked at his hand and his smile faded. I was going to grab his hand so I could look at it but he jerked it away from me. "Jayden let me see" I said. "That's not a good idea..."he says. "Why not?" I ask.
"Because..." "because?" "This could kill you in one touch, immediately" he said. "What?! So your gonna die?! And.... why aren't dead yet if it instantly kills you" I ask. " uh..... I'm immune to most diseases." He said coughing. He's coughing a whole lot. I went to go get the bucket in case he would throw up blood again. I placed it in front of him. He didn't throw up any blood this time. He stopped coughing and went to the kitchen to get some pills. He put the pills in his mouth along with some water. He went out side without another word. I followed him, without him knowing, and he sudddenly starts coughing up thick, black liquid. It was disgusting. " JAYDEN! ARE YOU OK?" I yelled.
