Blaine, Melody and I got up early to get ready to go to the happiest place on Earth which was Disneyland. We were all wearing Mickey Mouse ears and Melody was wearing a Minnie Mouse dress. Then I texted Emily to let her know that we were on our way to meet them at the Denny's across from Disneyland.
"You guys ready?" asked Blaine.
"Ready," said Melody and then we all got in the car and drove to Disneyland. When we got there, we saw Emily and Blake with their kids Ford, Bronson and Braya.
"Hey guys," said Emily as they welcomed us with hugs.
"What's up?" said Blaine.
"Just got here," said Blake. Then we all went to Denny's to get some breakfast. After we had breakfast, we got our strollers out and walked to Disneyland and let me tell you, it was CROWDED. We went on the kiddie rides with our kids and then some of us went on thrill rides such as California Screamin and Soaring Over California, took a lunch break and then we went on some more rides. Then, when nighttime came, we all went to the castle to watch some fireworks. I took a picture of Melody smiling and posted it on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter saying:
"Melody's first trip to Disneyland. She had a blast." Then all of our kids fell asleep and then we all walked back to our cars, hugged each other goodbye and went back home. I looked at Melody who was out like a light.
"Aww. Look at our little Melody", I said to Blaine. He looked at her and smiled.
"Aww. She had a lot of fun", he said.
"Yeah. We all did", I said and we kissed each other and then drove back home. What a great day we had today." 😊
