Tonight is the night. The New Year's Eve Party. Blaine and I got everything ready for the party yesterday which took hours to do but we finished it.....with a little help from Blake and Em of course. Party started at 7pm and Rachel, Santana, Artie, Blake, Em and their kids showed up.
"Great party guys," said Artie.
"Thanks man," said Blaine.
"Glad you're enjoying it so far Artie," I said to him and gave him a hug. Then he wheeled away to get some appetizers and a drink. Then Blake and Em came up to us and we gave them hugs.
"Thanks for helping us with the decorating yesterday you two," I said to them.
"No problem. Glad we could lend a helping hang to you guys," said Em.
"By the way, we wanted to congratulate you two on the pregnancy again," said Blake.
"Well, thank you....again," said Blaine and we laughed. Then we all played games like "Heads Up" and "Catch Phrase," had dinner and asked everyone what their New Year's Resolutions were. Everyone had good answers for that question.
"Well, mine and Em's resolution is to have a vacation. Just me and her alone," said Blake.
"We really do need one. At least a week vacation," said Em.
"Kids?" asked Santana.
"Yep," said Em.
"Don't worry you guys. We'll look after them for you," said Blaine.
"I'm pretty sure our kids would love to have them here for a week," I said to them.
"Thanks guys," said Em.
"Anytime," said Blaine. Then we had dessert, danced and watched the ball drop in NYC to ring in the new year.
"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!" We all shouted. Then Blaine and I kissed each other as did Blake and Em. Then we took a group photo on my phone and I posted it on Instagram with the caption:
"From all of us to all of you, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!"
Then we said goodbye to our guests, put the kids to sleep and then we went into our bedroom and went to sleep. What a fun night we had. 😊😊😊😊😊😊
