I explained my plans to all the members of the board. To say they were impressed would be an understatement they liked it so much because it will maximise their profits and will gain them recognition. While everyone was praising me and dicussing about it I saw Mr Anderson typing something on his laptop.

"Um..Mr Anderson?" I asked.

"Yes?" He said not looking up.

"How was the presentation? Did you like it?" I asked nervously as it was my first presentation.

"It was okay!" He replied coldly still not looking up.

Urghh I hate this man. Why can't he be polite to someone or have the courteousy to atleast look up? His previous PA Kate was a good friend of mine she used to tell me his everyday stories how he never praised anyone except himself, he held a high opinion of himself, and he thinks that he can control anyone and have anything he wants in the world. The meeting was over by 3 o'clock and I was so exhausted because I worked day and night for this presentation so instead of continuing my work I headed home.

The whole week passed by working and it was worse with my boss's attitude. I shifted to my new house as well which was given by the company. Finally Friday came, I was heading home late and everyone had left. I wanted to finish my work so that I would relax on Saturday and Sunday. I reached the parking lot and started my car. Finally I'm going to get some sleep. It was a 30 minute drive from office to home. As I driving the car came to a halt I glanced at the meter. Shoot! The diesel tank was empty. I checked the GPS on the phone no petrol station within that range. I sighed in frustration and got out of the car to check if there were any cabs but there was no vehicle to be seen on the road. I waited for 15 minutes for the cab which felt like an hour.

Suddenly, a black ferrari got into sight I got a little frightened because it was late and the road was empty. The car stopped in front of me I got hold of a metal rod which I found and the a familiar figure stepped out of it. I was about to hit him when he said,

"Miss Jones?"

"Mr Anderson! Thank God!"

"Miss Jones what the hell are you doing here at this hour?"

"I was driving home when my car broke down."

"You do realize that it's very dangerous and you should have called someone."

"Actually my phone's battery was dead as I was calling my friend"

"Come on now I will drop you and next time I don't want to see you in office after 8 or else you will be fired. I think you did not read the company's policy that females should leave office before 8 it's not safe."

"Yes sir."

Well if you are thinking that oh he is very good and respects women it's all wrong it was his father who made this rule he respects women a lot and is a very nice man. He is totally opposite of him. Well, I gave him my address when he asked for it.

"I see Miss Jones that we are neighbours" He said with a smirk.

"What do you mean?" I asked confused.

"I live in the same building. The pent house is mine." He replied.

Oh! So he is the 'handsome bastard' Liza talks about. It was the name given to him by Liza my neighbour. I never got a chance to meet him nor was I interested. But Liza always said he was very handsome etc etc.

"Yes I'm the same one" he said a smirk plastered on his face. His voice snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Wait did I say that out loud?" I asked.

"Yes" he replied. It was so embarrassing. The rest of the ride passed in silence and as the car came to a halt. I quickly got out of the car muttering a quick thanks. As I was walking quickly towards the lift I tripped on my heels and I closed my eyes, ready for the outcome. But before I hit the floor a strong pair of hands held me.

I opened my eyes to see Mr Anderson looking at me.
