I can't help the ugly feeling that is tugging at my heart,
But Today was a normal day.
The morning went by as usual.
I made breakfast and we ate.
I decided to go to work since I hated being alone with my thoughts.

Staying true to your words of waiting for my decision.

After you dropped me off at work on your walk to your own job,
I stood there watching you walk away.

You seemed to sense my stare,

We kept each other's gaze before your face broke into a huge smile.
I feel my lips form a smile of my own and laugh as you shout my name out,
Saying goodbye while blowing me a kiss.
My face reddens as I pretend to catch it and you jump up cheering.
"You caught it! You caught it!"
I roll my eyes and walk towards the door to my job,
But don't miss the next words you say
"I love you."
I look back,
Eyes wide at your words you spoke so boldly in public.
You stare, expression serious a small smile on your lips.
I feel the stares of strangers as you wave and turn away,
Walking away as if the words you just said were no big deal.
But I know how much meaning they have behind them.

I bite my lip and go into the cafe.
Greeted by my boss,
I head to the back to put on my uniform.
My co-worker is also in the back on the phone.
I can't help but overhear his conversation.
"-I said I'd do it today okay! Just give me time! Don't worry everything will work out! I will ask him today alright?"
He turns and stops as he sees me.
I smile and bow slightly in an apology.
"Sorry-"
"No it's fine~!"
He then talks to the person on the phone as i go to my locker.
"I will call you back okay, I'm at work"
He hangs up an sighs as I put on my uniform.
