If you thought that the Doctor talked a lot, you didn't know the full extent of it until he was lecturing you. After Belle had come back to get him, he had been talking about how dangerous it was for her to do that. He lectured her the whole way back to where the others had run off to. It didn't take long to reach them but it sure felt like forever with the Doctor going on and on about Belle coming back for him. Like she had done at her job with rude customers, she managed to tune the time lord out... Just barely.

As soon as the two made it to the others, the Doctor used his sonic to close the doors behind them. Belle felt like she could breathe easier now that they didn't have to worry about Restac and her warriors for the time being. The Doctor rubbed the girl's back, noticing how she finally looked relaxed, before turning his attention to the little boy who stood in front of him, who also had his parents by his side, "Elliot, you and your dad keep your eyes on that screen. Let me know if we get company," Mo and Elliot ran to the screen. The Doctor then handed a timer to Belle, "Belle, keep reminding me how much time I haven't got."

"Got it!" Belle exclaimed. Amy joined her side to look at the numbers on the timer, wincing at the time she saw. It wasn't exactly the best. "Currently, you have twelve minutes on the clock," Belle lowered the timer as she muttered to herself, "Not a lot of time."

There wasn't much acknowledgment from the Doctor to show that he had heard what she said but Belle was able to tell that he did. The Doctor walked to Tony, "Tony Mack," Tony sat on a stool and had his hand inside his shirt, rubbing his shoulder for some reason. "Sweaty forehead, dilated pupils. What are you hiding?"

Now that they didn't have to worry too much about their safety, Belle was able to take in more of her surroundings. She now noticed that the Doctor was right. Something was up with Tony and it didn't look like it was anything good. This thought was confirmed when Tony opened up his button-up flannel slightly to show the green veins that spread all across his chest. Belle's eyes widened at the sight.

The look on the blonde's face was enough to make Nasreen curious. She leaned forward slightly from behind Tony to see what had the girl looking so concerned. She understood completely why the girl look worried when she saw the state of his chest, "Tony, what happened?"

While the Doctor used his sonic to examine the green veins further, Tony panted harshly as he tried to explain, "Alaya's sting. She said there's no cure. I'm dying, aren't I?"

There was no response from the Doctor at first. He left them all in suspense as he turned away from Tony and looked over the results that he had gotten from the sonic. His face seemed to brighten for a moment and he turned to Tony, "You're not dying, you're mutating." The Doctor was using the sonic on the alien tech console in front of him.
