Aragon p.o.v.
"Do I have to go," I groan to Areon as he packs our lunch.
"Yes, you do. You need to bond with him," he says. Yeah easy for him to say. All our kids adore him.
"But he doesn't even like me. You've seen him. He barely talks to anyone, he doesn't want to do anything fun, and he spends a lot of time in his room. I don't want him to do anything he doesn't want to," I tell my husband.
Areon shakes his head at me one more time before handing us our lunch. I pout at him, but it doesn't work. He orders me to go. I should have seen that coming. Our kids have cuter pouts and he's able to resist them.
I walk out to the den where Osiris is waiting with his brother. Orion complains about how unfair it is that he can't go, but I tell the eight-year-old that he has to spend some time with Areon today while I spend it with his twin. Orion sighs and gives his smaller brother a hug. Osiris hugs him tight.
I create a portal and lead Osiris through till we end up in front of my parent's house. Osiris gasps and covers his eyes when he sees Castille making out with Skye on the steps of the front door.
"Don't ruin my son's innocence," I yell at them. The two fifteen-year-olds pull apart quickly. Skye blushes before teleporting away.
"Aw cmon man, I needed to get laid," Castille complains.
"You're fifteen, no you don't," I tell him as I ruffled up his hair. "I didn't know you and Skye were dating."
"We're not, we're just friends with benefits. His girlfriend just dumped him and since he doesn't have any game to get a hookup, he came to me," Castille explains.
It's no surprise that Skye's girlfriend broke up with him. Skye and Castille are basically a couple. First off they're, so comfortable touching each other. They sometimes hold hands, they greet each other with hugs, they even kiss each other as a game. When the two take naps, they always cuddle each other, they hang out almost all the time. They even go to dances together when they both don't have dates. I swear Skye did a promposal to Castille during their middle school prom. Even after all that, though, they still say they're just friends. They're seriously making all the fangirls at their school crazy.
"Well, where's mom and dad? I want to introduce him to the new edition to the family before we leave. Well one of them, the other is in Magistille baking cookies with Areon," I tell him.
"They're not here, they're at a meeting with a clan in Germany," Castille says. He then crouches down to Osiris. "Hello, I'm your uncle Castille."
"Hi. I'm Osiris, but you can call me Siris," my son quickly greets.
"Would you like a cookie Siris," Castille asks him. "I just made them."
"No thank you," he politely declines. What is wrong with this kid? Like seriously, he always declines anything good. If Areon doesn't force everyone to eat dessert than he doesn't eat it. Or if we're going somewhere fun, we always have to go get him and put him in the car. It frustrates me so much because I want him to like us, but with my crazy schedule, I never have time to work on that with him.
"Please," Castille begs. "You seem like a really smart kid. I need your opinion if they taste good before I take them to my friend's party. I would really appreciate it."
"Okay," Siris says to my surprise. Castille smiles and leads us inside to get the cookies. He hands one to Siris and one to me. The cookie does taste really good and Siris seems to agree with me from the smile on his face.
