I made a new book, woohoo. Please go check it out. It's based in this universe, but it deals with dragons and phoenix's.

I open my eyes and bounce right up. I look around the room and start panicking when I notice I'm not in the private birthing room. My mind starts wondering what's going on till I remember I'm at Areon's family cabin on Rkar. My memories start coming back to me and I realize it was all a dream. The whole thing was just a dream, but it felt so real. Everything about it felt real. I even remembered things that don't make sense now.

I look over at the other side of the bed and I notice Areon and Terry aren't there. I look at the time and it's only eight forty-five. We're not supposed to leave to the city for another two hours.

I stand up and walk out of the room. I hear voices coming from downstairs. I follow the voices down and I find myself in the kitchen where Areon is standing next to the kitchen island while his grandma is cooking something. I notice he's wearing a really big sweater and Terry is inside of it.

"What's going on around here," I ask them as I walk into the room.

"Oh wow. You picked a good one," Areon's grandma says. She has a Hispanic accent so her I's sound like E's.

I frown till I see a mirror and notice that I'm not wearing a shirt. Yeah, I do have a great body. "What are you guys doing here so early?"

"Terry is sick. He woke up this morning with a fever and he keeps on sneezing. I looked up some remedies on the computer and was going to try to make some," Areon explains.

I walk over to Terry and I see what he's talking about. Terry's nose is red and he doesn't have his little smile like always. "Aww monkey," I coo as I caress his face.

"Pa," is all he says with a croak in his voice.

"Oh my God. How did he get sick? Nobody here seemed sick yesterday." I feel so bad for him. This is the first time he's actually been sick. Sure he's a stomachache or two, but that's it.

"There was some sort of festival in the city the day they came here and there were a bunch of Elves. One of them must have been sick and passed onto Terry when they drove here. Since we're not Elves we didn't get affected by it," Areon tells me.

"Why didn't you wake me? I would have helped you. Even if it was to just hold him," I say.

"Good luck with that. He hasn't let anyone hold him other that Areon and whenever he puts him on the ground he just holds onto his leg," Mrs. Halfbridge tells me as she stirs the pot.

"Yeah. I was going to leave him with you, but he just followed me out of bed. I put on the baby carrier so I could still hold him while I was making the remedy and then put the sweater on to keep him warm," Areon says.

"And what is your grandma doing up this early with makeup still on?"

"I was raised in the Spanish district on Alu for fifteen years before we moved back to my native country. Do you know how many hours there are in Alu? Fifteen hours. If you sleep for more than five hours you basically miss the whole day," Mrs. Halfbridge rants on.

"She was awake when I got here and is now making the remedy since she's done it before," Areon then explains.

It doesn't take long for Mrs. Halfbridge to finish the remedy. She puts it in a bottle and gave it Areon. Areon then fed it to Terry. Terry frowns a bit but doesn't push back the medicine.

Soon Terry closes his eyes and puts his head on Areon's chest. Areon removes the now empty bottle and puts it on the counter.

We then hear the doorbell go off. We all look at each other with a frown. "Are you guys expecting someone," Areon asks his grandmother. She shakes her head.
