This is all a dream about the future. You don't have to read it to understand it, but it may give hints to somebody's future story wink wink nudge nudge, slip on a banana peel.
Areon p.o.v.
I feel something rubbing against my nose. It feels soft and familiar. I open my eyes and I see Aragon hovering over me with a mischievous grin. "Hey, baby."
I smile back at him. "Hey, babe." Aragon leans down and pecks my lips. He seems so happy this morning. It must be his day off.
"So...I was thinking that before we go see Atlas in the DNA pod, maybe we could have some fun," he suggests.
We then hear a loud crash and two voices screaming "I didn't do it." Aragon groans and puts his head in the crook of my neck.
I pat his back gently. "Sorry babe. That's my cue. The last time I ignored a crash we had to take Dia to the emergency room." I roll right out from under him.
"That was the last day she ever picked on Siris," Aragon says with a nod. "You don't think those two..."
I snort. "Wow, you've been reading way too many of Della's yaoi." I walk into my closet and pick out a white shirt, plaid pants, and some underwear. Aragon and I had some fun last night after putting Ronny to bed.
"C'mon, you've seen the way Rion acts around Siris. Don't tell me it's never crossed your mind." Aragon gets out of bed and picks up a pair of boxers from the ground.
"Orion is just really protective of his brother. It's a little borderline unhealthy, but you know what happened to them. After such a dramatic experience, of course, he'd be protective of Osiris," I explain to him as I change.
"So you don't think there's anything going on between our boys," he asks. I turn around and I see him just wearing a pair of sweatpants.
I shrug and walk to the door. "I think there's something going on between Terry and Caelus."
Aragon scoffs. "Caelus ignores Terry. There can't be anything there."
I open the door and I'm knocked down to the ground by something. I groan and look down.
"Hi daddy," Orion says with a grin.
I smile down at my little nine year old. I brush a little bit of his honey blonde hair away to see his lovely brown eyes. "Hi, honey."
Orion gets off of me and gives me a kiss on the cheek. "I told you they wouldn't be mad."
I look over to the door and I see Siris looking in on us. "Are you sure Rion," he whispers.
"Of course Siris," Aragon says walking over to the shy child. He crouches down to be eye level with the little kid. "Have you thought about what you want for Christmas yet?"
I see Siris shake a little at the question. He looks down at the ground, nervous. This is their first Christmas with us. We adopted them last year during New Years. I know this is really hard for him since he doesn't want to intrude and is scared to ask for stuff. He once had a nervous break down when we asked him what he wanted for his birthday. "u-um...w-w-well...ah...you see...if you wouldn't mind...ah."
"I know what I want," Rion cuts off. "I want an x-box, an iPad, a PSP, a tv for my room, and a hundred dollars."
"Psh. You must have been a really good boy for Santa to bring you all of that," Aragon asks with a chuckle.
"Of course," he says with a grin. He looks over at Siris and gives him a thumbs up.
We all turn to Siris who's still shaking. "U-um...c-could...I-I-I..." Tears start to show up in his eyes. I quickly teleport Rion out of the room before he can do anything. Siris needs to do this. His therapist said it would help. "CanIhavemyowncrayons," he says really quickly. If I didn't work with a lot of people and kids what he said would have gone right over my head.
