"what is taking Camila so long," Ally ask groaning, Hailee put a hand on Ally knee giving her a loving look. "patience is always the key"everyone laughs "I'll be back I'm going to check on the food," I say standing up walking past Lauren.
When I got to to the grill I look through the glass door to see Camila downing her drink, then getting another. I open the door "Woah there tiger don't you think you had enough?" I ask getting her attention.
She smiles "do you really want to meet Ariana," she asks walking to me, as I turned back to opening the grill, "of course I want to meet her," I say
"great I'll call her, you are going to love her," she says getting her phone out of her pocket, "can you describe how she looks," I ask
"no, you'll see how she look when she comes" I get all the food out the grill and bring it inside "is the food done yet?" I jump when Michael Came out of nowhere, "god you scared me...but no It's not done I still have to grill the chicken" Micheal groan "I'm hungry!"
"eat yogurt," I say with a chuckle "mom I don't eat yogurt"
"since when?"
"since I got into college...can I drink?"
"sure"
"Y/n she's on her way!" Camila shouts walking inside "she'll be here in about an hour"
"great the food will be done around that time"

Everyone sat around the table as the plates were getting sat out

"It feels like Thanksgiving all over again," Hailee says inhaling the scent of all the different food. "I can't wait to dig in" Lauren says placing her son on her lap, "Y/n I better not get food poisoning again...this better taste good and it better be cooked all the way" Dinah says with a chuckle "you getting food poisoning was not because of me" I whine "yeah it was"
"I'll be right back," Camila says running inside the house "great now we have to wait" Normani huff rolling her eyes.
After about 5 minutes of waiting, Camila comes back with a girl. A smile goes across my face as they approach us "guys this is my girlfriend Ariana" Camila says
"it's nice to meet Y'all," Ariana says smiling as they both sat down "it's nice to meet you too... I'm Y/n by the way" I say reaching over to shake her hand. "babe this Normani Y/n wife, Dinah, Ally, Hailee my friends...these are my nieces and nephew Raya, Micheal and Amaya. And over there is Lauren her husband Brad and her son Grayson"
Ariana smiled waving everyone else doing the same "OK now that's over let's eat!" Dinah yells reaching over to fix her plate but Ally asks her hand "Dinah Jane we need to pray first" everyone groan and stands up grabbing everyone hands.
After the prayer we all sat down and ate, 5 minutes into eating I notice Lauren had frown on her face staring at Brad who was on his phone the whole time "maybe you should get off your phone baby and eat" he looks up at her and then put his phone down and continued to eat.
Not even a minute later his phone rang "uh I got to take this" he says getting up and walking away.......
