Bad Romance (Dayne Williams Story)

Chapter 22.

Al-Basha, that's the name of this restaurant where we ended up. Not so bad, ang sarap ng mga pagkain nila, not the typical lebanese fine dining restaurant. I always like fatoush salad. Kakaopen lang daw kasi nito last week.

"I hope you're okay now...!" Andrei said.

"Better...I got my favorite!" ngiti ko.

But I'm not totally fine. I'm pissed and at the same time sad. Ang daming naglalaro na naman sa utak ko ngayon. I can't afford Dayne, having girls everywhere and anywhere he likes. It just fucking hurts!

"Shea...!" hinawakan ni Andrei ang kamay nito ng mapansin nito ang pananahimik niya at ang hindi niya paggalaw ng pagkain nito ilang segundo na.

"Ah...pasesnsiya na. M-may naalala lang ako!" sabay bawi sa kamay niya.

"Shea, you can talk to me!" hinawakan ulit nito ang kamay niya sa ibabaw ng lamesa trying to make her comfortable.

Natiglan siya saka napalunok. Mas lalo tuloy nalungkot ang puso niya.

"i-I don't know what to feel anymore Andrei!" she started.

"Ano bang sinasabi ng puso mo?"

"H-hindi ko alam...but it's always screaming Dayne's name!" yuko niya.

Ngumiti si Andrei.

"Ofcourse it will...because you are in love with your husband Shea!" he added.

Napatingala sa mukha niya si Shea. I'm in love?

"I like him Andrei...I really do. And I know I have finally fallen for that asshole. But-but I guess I just mistaken my feelings for him with...love? Ewan ko ba. Nalilito na din ako!"

"Love is weakest when there is more doubt than trust but love is strongest when we learn to trust inspite the doubts!" he smiled.

"Ha?" ano daw? Nawala ako dun ah.

"In your case, you're in love Shea. But you don't trust your love that much dahil pinagdududahan mo siya!"

"Paano mo naman nalaman ang lahat ng yan Andrei? I mean how can you say that? In love ka ba ngayon?" taka ko.

A guy like him? Very rare naman ata ang mga lalaking nakakaintindi sa lalim na nasasakupan ng pagibig ngayon.

"I was once...!" ngiti lang niya. "Way back in LA. But she fell out of love from me. She ended up with my bestfriend. Awkward right?" he chuckled.

Natigilan si Shea. Hindi niya nakuhang tumawa. She felt sad all of a sudden. Despite of Andrei's smile, may tinatagong lungkot din pala ang mag mata at puso nito.

"It's a good thing you did not end up with her...maybe you are destined to find your one great love here...or baka sa labas ng restaurant na to or baka bukas, who kows?" she held his hands smiling.

"Dayne is one lucky bastard to have you Shea...too bad he's an asshole!" he laughed.

Natawa na lang din ako sa sinabi niya. Yes he's an asshole...and i have fallin for that asshole.

"Hey Andrei...I see you're having a good date tonight!" Si Eva na sumulpot nalang sa gilid nila. Hindi niya binati si Shea.

Magkakilala pala sila...but where is Dayne? I thought magkasama sila ngayon.

"Hi Eva...yes having a good time with Shea here!" sagot ng binata.

"That's great, I'm with Dayne din kasi and were heading to my place. Alam mo na, more private more intinate. Hahaha!" smiling like a wicked witch trying to piss Shea.
