Chapter 11

[Zayn POV]

We sat there on the porch swing for awhile. Just holding hands while watching Luke play in the yard. I then see a car driving toward the house. I remember that car from anywhere. Skylars mom. She loved me. Skylar quickly let go of my hand and went to say hello to her. I get up and start walking towards her. She hugged Skylar and when she looked over her shoulder she saw me and got all excited.

"Oh my goodness is that who I think it is?! The amazing Zayn Malik?!" She makes her way over to me with arms open.

"The one and only." I laugh and spread my arms open and embraced her mom in a big hug.

"My my. You look so grown up." I smile and see her eyes start to tear up. Skylars mom has always been like a second mom to me and I love her for being there for me no matter what.

"Hey I haven't been gone that long."

"Well it has been too long for me. Now come on inside and let me cook dinner for you. Anything you want! I can't believe you're home!"

Skylar and I laugh and follow her inside. Skylar goes and grabs Luke from the yard. While she's busy I go and talk with her mom about something special.

"Hey Mrs. Rose can I ask you something, but don't tell Sky."

"Sure hun what's up?"

"I was planning to take Sky out tomorrow night, where would she fancy to go?"

"Like a date?"

"Uhhh, yeah I guess so."

"Hmm well then I'm very sure she would love going to Boat House Diner in Liverpool. She loves it there so much! But we can barely take her so i think that'll be a great place!"

"Alright thank you so much."

"No problem love. I should warn you that you should make reservations because it is very hard to get into."

"Hah okay thanks for the warning!"

Skylar comes in the house with Luke holding her hand. She helps him get his jacket and shoes off. After she's done helping him he runs upstairs into his room. Skylar comes over to me and gives me look. I automatically know what she means. Video games. We run up to her room and we hear her mom in the distance "play nice you two!" We laugh and put in our ultimate favorite game. Mario Kart. We've played three times and she's been the one winning the whole time. Guess she practiced while I was gone. After one more round her mom calls us down for dinner. We go downstairs and I already know what she cooked. Chicken parm. She knows I love that. We sat down at the table and ate our delicious food her mum made.

[Skylar POV]

I sat down at the table next to Zayn. Oh my gosh I missed him so much. We are our dinner then his phone started to ring. He got up from the table and walked into the living room. He was there for about five minutes then he came back said his mum needed him home. So I got up and walked him out to his car.

"Well it was very nice of you to visit Zayn. We all missed you very much."

"I missed you the most Sky. Wanna go somewhere tomorrow?"

"Sure! Where to?"

"It's a surprise!" He said with a smile.

"Oh goodness Zayn. You and your surprises!" Saying with a smile back.

"Well goodnight beautiful see you tomorrow!"

"Night Zayn! Tell your mum and sisters I said hello!"

"Will do!"

He kissed my cheek and got in his car and drove off. I smiled and waved him away. I touched my cheek where he kissed me. I miss his kisses and his touch. I wish I could be with him but, he has a girlfriend now because of his management. I go inside and help mum clean off the table and head up to bed. I get all ready for bed and just lay there for awhile thinking what my surprise from Zayn will be. I can't wait to see him again. He just makes me so happy.
