*Althea's P.O.V.*

"Wait, so your telling me, you were stupid enough to venture into a dark park, without your gun, and then approached a werewolf, weaponless, on a full moon?" Dean recapped the night, making every decision I made sound like my head contains nothing but grey matter.

The instant I told Dean what had happened, I had been dragged inside and thus the lecture began.

"Okay, first of all I wasn't weaponless, I had the Demon knife-"

"Which you lost."

"-Second of all, I did not know there was a werewolf on the loose and I charged the werewolf tring to save an innocent girls life! You do that everyday!" I continued, ignoring Dean's intrruption.

"It could have killed both of you! Your lucky it just got the girl."

"I'm lucky that I got to see her heart being ripped from her chest while I stood on the sidelines not being able to do something?! If thats what lucky means, then I don't want to be lucky,  would rather be dead then lucky!" I screamed, anger pulsed through me as I rose to my feet. Fists clenched and shaking. I would like nothing more to punch Dean in the face right now.

"Okay, okay. Lets just settle down. Louis, why don't you and Althea go for a walk and cool down. Bring a gun." Sam stepped in, using his extreme hieght to his advantage and blocking my view of Dean.

"Come on, Althea." Louis tugged on my wrist, forcing me to move out of my angry posture and follow him to the door, grabbing my jacket and slamming the door beind me.

Once outside Louis let go of my hand as we walked in silence. As we ventured farther and farther from the house my fury disinagrated and I was set in a calmer state of mind.

A dark silence had fallen over us. Our footsteps and occasional distant traffic noises breaking it.

"So, what you been up too latley?" Louis spoke up. His eyes staring staright ahead of him.

"Nothing important. The usual I guess." I replied, not really knowing how to answer.

Me and Louis could usually talk and joke for hours without getting bored but for some reason it seemed distant and tense between us.

"Really? It seems like you've been awful busy latley." I could feel his stare burning his face as my eyes watched my feet cross over the light colored cement of the sidewalk.

I shrugged, not knowing really what to say. I mean he was right, it seems as though its been ages since I have actually hung out with any of the boys.

"Is it because of that Niall guy? Are you guys like together or something?" He questioned. His eyes once again finding their way to stare straight ahead, no longer analyzing my reaction to his words.

"No! Me and Niall are just friends nothing more." I exclaimed.

"Sure doesn't seem like it." He shrugged, flashing me a smirk when I shoved his shoulder.

"Shut up." I grumbled, fighting the smile that tried to appear on my cold lips and losing.

"Theres the smile I wanted to see." He beamed, his arm being thrown over my shoulder, my body being pulled closer to his. My head rested on his shoulder as we continued to walk, a more comfortable silence filling the air.

We soon found ourselves back in the park. My heart picked up in speed and my limbs became stiff.

"What are we doing here?" I asked. Stopping just yards away from where I knew the girls body still lay motionless in the dark.

"I don't know. I thought you were leading us." Louis replied, arm tightening around me. Obviously realizing my change in mood.

"Can we just go-" I stopped talking, a rustling sound being heard from the dark bushes.

"What was that?" Louis hushed voice whispered in my ear. His hot breath tickling my ear as his breathing sped up.

"A dolphin. I don't fucking know! Why are you asking me?" I replied sarcastically, my voice low as the rustling continued, growing closer and closer.

My hand reached around Louis back, grabbing the gun he had brought.

"Whos there?" I called, the gun I held pointing towards the source of the noise.

A growl echoed back.I stepped back instinctivley, bringing Louis with me, who had pulled out a pockmet knife as protection.

"Really? A pocket knife?" A deep voice commented, coming from the  direction of the rustling.

"Its the only other thing I had!" Louis defended, obviously it didn't occur to him that it wasn't my voice that had questioned his choice of weaponry.

"How much good is that gonna do you against a werewolf?" The british accent was familiar. I placed the voice just as a figure stepped out of the bushes.

"Zayn damn it! What the fuck?" My hands dropped to my side, the gun dangling loosely in my grasp.

"Harry called me, explaining what happened and sent me to go pick up the Demon knife you dropped." He explained, shaking leaves from his dark hair.

"Whats with the hiding and growling in the fucking bushes?!" My voice raised an octave, or 8, as I spoke.

"Woah, woah. Calm down!" Zayn put his hands up in defense.

My eyes squinted into a glare as my arms crossed over my chest.

Zayn just smiled at me, his arm being thrown around my shoulder.

"Aww come on! It was funny!" He squeezed my shoulder, a light chuckle falling from his lips. I rolled my eyes. A smile finding its way to my face.

"Lets just go home. I am exhausted." I started making my way home, Zayn's hands falling onto my shoulders as he followed behind me.
