I woke up to still find Redbull not here. Where in the world is he? I know that he is getting used to his wings, but still.
I went out to sit by Pallie. There was a question that was burning inside me that I thought was to stupid to even ask. "Where is Redbull?" I asked without even knowing.
"He is at his week training, darling," Pallie simply said. I, of course, didn't know that it was a week of training.
"I'll be gone for a while. Need some fresh air," I said. I was halfway to the door already when Pallie replied to me.
"Ok. Be back by dinner."
I trotted most of the way to the door that led to the world of humans, or you can just call it the woods. I just wanted to give it a funny name to make me feel like i was supposed to be living with some magical creatures. Nothing is going to be bad, right?
I head outside with nobody noticing me. I change into my human form and start heading out of the woods. I know what I'm going to do while I'm out, I just don't know how long it will take.
I'm out of the woods now and heading towards my house. Yes, you heard me right, my house. Just to see if anything changed. No big deal.
As I walk down the streets, I am noticing how people move. Human people. I call the horses people to, because they jus feel like it. I'm going crazy, I just know it. Something weird is going on and it's driving me nuts.
Just turn right and I'll be at my house. I stopped in the middle of the sidewalk. Is this what I really want to do? Look at my house to see if everything is ok. Yeah, I'm totally going crazy.
I decide to turn the corner and just take one last glimpse of my house. I turned the corner and looked. It has been untouched. The door is still wide open. The grass is tall for not being mowed. Surely the neighbors would have done something. Called the cops maybe. I don't know, and I might not even want to know.
I head back to the woods, back to my forever home. I just don't understand how this all could happen.
It feels like two seconds and I'm already at the invisible door. I turn into my horse form. I am greeted inside with a small tube playing off in the distance, probably from some revel teenagers playing their radios as high as they could.
I head back to the door that says Pallie on it. Again nobody noticed me. I'm used to it, but it would be nice for some attention here and there.
I head inside and Redbull still isn't here. I'm not going to have a fun week. I just know it.
