Chapter 26 - Trouble!

BPOV

"Guys, faster! We still need to travel, you know!" Alice hollered to the others upstairs.

"Alice, would you please stop pacing back and forth?! I could feel that your feet would dig a hole!" I said.

"Bella, we're going to be late! And the travel will take us almost 5 hours!" 

I held my hand in surrender because she's like going into hysterics! "Where are we even going, Alice?"

"Uhm, at the beach resort!"

I scratched the back of my neck in confusion. "Where the hell is that?!"

"I don't know, but it has been in my dreams for the past few nights." 

My eyes almost bugged out of its original place. "What?! You have seen it only in your dreams and you're going to drag us to god knows where?! Oh come on Alice, you gotta be kidding me!"

"Don't you trust me, Bella?" She put on the stupid pout that she uses as her weapon.

"Of course I do."

"Then shut up." 

My hands trembled with fear. What was wrong with her?! Had she gone crazy?! She's going to take us somewhere that she had seen in her dreams! Dang! That's ridiculous! I don't want to experience the wrath of the little demon so I kept my mouth shut and waited for the others. Jasper and Emmett were busy packing food for the trip to nowhere while Edward and Rosalie's task were to pack all the clothes in our bags. 

I don't understand Alice! She kept on pacing like a mad woman. She's freaking me out! Emmett came out the kitchen holding a big picnic basket while Jasper had an ice bucket thingy. Finally, Edward brought all our bags downstairs with Rosalie behind him. For what seemed like forever, she stopped pacing and ran outside to instruct them where to put everything. I brought my purse outside and listened to whatever she was saying.

"Okay, so I know you found this weird. My mom already contacted your parents and they all agreed."

"So?" Emmett said.

"So, just follow whatever I say. Now, who's gonna drive?" No one raised so she volunteered my brother.

"What?! Why me?! I don't have any idea where to go." 

"Because I chose you and it's your car. Just follow." Once I got eye contact with my brother I gave him a just-follow look and he nodded.

We took my brother's jeep because we can all fit in it without sqeezing ourselves. He sat in the driver's seat and Rosalie was in the front passenger seat. Alice, Jasper, Edward and I took the back seats. Emmett inserted the key into the ignition and it roared to life. We got out of the Cullens' residence and he stopped the car, looking at the rearview mirror. "So, where to go?" "Just go straight, I'll tell you when to change direction or to stop." "Yes ma'am!"

I watched the trees and plants swaying with the cold breeze of the late afternoon. Emmett drove like a maniac and would hit the breaks immediately which caused us to yell at him. Of course, he just laughed at us and even scolded us for not wearing the safety belt. Edward wrapped his right arm on my waist and pulled me closer to him. I could sense him sniffing my hair and I just leaned closer to his touch.

"Edward? Where are you?" I tripped from a small log and hit my chin pretty hard. "Ow!"
