“Merry Christmas love” Dan said happily as he lie beside me. “Merry Christmas” I said, rolling on top of him. “Be good, everyone’s inside, we’ve got to go open presents” he said, in a mock scolding voice. “I’d rather open my present right here” I said and licked my lips. Dan’s breath hitched as he hooked his thumbs into the waistband of my panties. “My beautiful wife…” he said, his voice raspy. I grasped his face and kissed him ravenously as he flipped me over.

Everyone was already up when Dan and I entered the living room. Uncle Damon and Mr Smith sat in armchairs close to the fireplace, laughing and talking. Will, Woody and Kyle sat cuddled up with their girlfriends on the vast plush sofas. Courtney was in the kitchen helping Aunt Maria and Mrs Smith with the cooking. The little white tree stood by the patio door, behind it the picturesque backdrop of the Alps, laden in a white blanket. I smiled at my family, and patted my little bump. “Presents guys?” Dan said.

Aside from bringing us all up to Switzerland for the holidays, Dan had bought everyone little gifts. I did too, to thank them for spending this time with us. Turns out everyone else had done the same, and it warmed my heart to see.

At twelve Dan had the staff bring two large tables up to the house so we could all eat together. Will’s girl and I laid the table with crisp white table cloths and glass vases with little bouquets of orchids. In the centre, where the two tables joined I placed a frosted glass bowl filled with water and little white tea candles floating around. Dan’s arms slid around me as I finished putting the final touches on the decor and the rest of the ladies carried the food to the table. His palms rested on my belly, “four more months and she’s here” he said softly and I could hear the smile in his voice. Mrs Smith joined the bandwagon and came to talk excitedly about the impending arrival of her granddaughter. “Lunch everybody” Courtney announced, the real domesticated goddess these days, and we all sat around the table to enjoy the meal. Uncle Damon said grace and Kyle stood up to make the toast:

“It’s really awesome to be out here for the holidays, so Dan, thank you mate. Also, to you and Eliza, congratulations. You guys deserve the happiness. Merry Christmas everyone, let’s eat!”

Have a fantastic Christmas everyone! Thanks so much for reading so far, hope you guys enjoyed this little jump into the future. God bless, and have a lovely holiday. xx Tara
