Nirvana was positively buzzing when we arrived. It was on the 12th floor of a beautifully designed building. The interior was black with blue and purple lighting which looked surprisingly classy. People were seated at the tables, and countless couples making out on the plush couches. The dance floor was alive with people gyrating their bodies in time to the music. Jess hooked her arm in mine as we all headed to the bar. After downing our drinks Jess pulled me away to the dance floor, Kyle in tow. Dan, Woody and Will stayed behind and the bar, waving to us. The DJ was really good, because it takes a lot to get me dancing, but soon I was swinging my body along with Jess, admittedly having a great time. I caught Dan’s eye and waved him over. He polished off his drink and joined us. Wrapping his arms around me from behind, as I pressed my body against his, swaying with the music. Kyle made a smart ass remark about Daniel definitely getting in the den tonight and I laughed.

Jess and I stayed on dancing long after the guys had gone off to sit in some lounge. Eventually we were beat and agreed to go rest awhile. As we walked back, the guys emerged looking pretty well oiled. Dan pulled me into him and kissed me. “You really do look lovely tonight baby” he said, slurring. I looked up at his lovely face and was met with a sexy gaze of desire mixed with intoxication. “Let’s go to the bathroom, I want you now” he whispered, his hand resting on my behind. I giggled and raised my hand to my mouth in mock horror, “What have you been drinking?” I asked, amused. He said nothing but looked at me with hooded eyes, his cheeks flushed.

It was going for four AM and we were all about ready to leave. Dan had his arm draped around my shoulders as we walked out into the parking lot. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a blonde figure walking towards us. I instantly knew it was Jason and stiffened in Dan’s grip. I kept walking, but held my breath in fear of a confrontation, knowing full well Dan wasn’t in any shape to defend himself if things got violent, and knowing Jason they would. The rest of the guys wouldn’t be much help either. I mentally prepared myself for a scene as we drew nearer to Jason but when we crossed paths he simply glared at us, saying nothing. Dan walked on, oblivious, but Jess pulled me aside and whispered “You know him, don’t you?” I nodded and promised to tell her more the following day.

Since the guys seemed to be a little worse for wear and Jess didn’t know the area, I took it upon myself to be the designated driver, fingers crossed that no one pulled us over, as I was well over the legal limit myself.

Thankfully, we got to the hotel safely. Dan fell into bed immediately and by the time I had finished removing my makeup he was snoring gently. I kissed his lips lightly and tugged off his converse before curling up next to him.
