Austin's POV
I felt someone shift near me and I opened my eyes to see who it was. (f/n) was snuggled up next to me and she had grabbed more blankets. I chuckled and she looked up at me.
"Good morning, beautiful," I smiled as I kissed her nose. She giggled and buried her head in the crook of my neck. We stayed that way for a good while, until someone came through the door.
"Tom?" I asked. In the foyer stood one of my best British friends, Thomas Cassell.
"I see you're slightly preoccupied at the moment," he laughed. I looked down at (f/n), who had managed to fall asleep again.
"Oh, yeah, Tom this is (f/n), my girlfriend," I motioned to her. He smiled and walked over to set his stuff on the floor next to the chair he then sat down in.
"How have you been, Tom?" I questioned.
"Pretty well off, but I'm quite tired right now. Mind if go take a nap?" he responded.
"Go right ahead, you can use Flamesword's room," I told him. He nodded.
"Thanks," he said. He walked down the hall and off to the room. I shook (f/n) gently and watched her eyes flutter open.
"You that tired?" I teased. She playfully hit my shoulder as she sat up and stretched. I kissed her cheek and walked into the kitchen to make breakfast, seeing as it was already 9:30. I pulled the necessary things from the fridge and cabinets. I started cooking and I was watching the stove. It startled me slightly when I felt a pair of small arms wrap around my middle. (f/n) giggled.
"I'm bored," she pouted slightly. I chuckled.
"Well, the Xbox is set up in the living room now so you can go play something," he suggested.
"Ok,"she smiled and kissed my cheek," thanks." She ran off into the living room and started to play MW2. I shook my head and finished cooking.
"(f/n)! Food," I yelled. She came running into the kitchen and almost hit the island. I laughed.
"I heard food," she smiled. We filled our plates and sat down at the table with Optic Allen. It didn't take us long to finish eating and as we did we clean up our mess. We went back into the living room and sat on the couch. She gently laid her head on my chest and I pulled the blankets over us.
"What do you want to watch, love?" I asked. No answer.
"Love?" I looked down to see her eyes closed and her breathing slowed. A smiled spread across my features as I shook my head. I sat there for awhile just holding her and feeling her small form move with every breath. I kissed the top of her head before carrying her upstairs and laying next to her in, what's technically now, our bed.
