~Sky's POV ~

He had to admit, he loved being back with all his friends again. However he wasn't entirely pleased it had happened under these circumstances. He hadn't even seen daylight and already, one person, Link, had almost died and another, Jordan, was still on the brink of doing so. Everyone, though they didn't seem to be because they were all joking around with someone or another, was waiting for her to pull some sort of miracle and start showing any sign of life.

She'd managed a miracle before. The first time Sky had met Jordan she had just woken up from unconsciousness after being pierced by an arrow that had barely missed her heart. But of course she didn't know all the facts. No one had the heart to tell her. When she woke up she thought she had been out only for a few hours, maybe a day at most, but everyone else knew the truth. Jordan had been out for almost a month. If it hadn't been for the fact that she was breathing the team members would have buried her.

Sky shook his head bringing him back to the present. He looked around the room smiling smally at the scene around him. Link and a couple other guys were sitting at the far end of the rounded dirt hut on top on a shelf like step going over plans for something. Jerome, the Chewbacca-hunting-dog-thing was outside playing with the children in the village. Husky had found a tunnel like place leading up to a cliff like structure that stretched out over a pool of water. Every now and then he could hear a whoop and a cheer followed by a slash of water as or a few more of the guys jumped into the water down below.

Again the thoughts of Link and Jordan slowly crawled back into his head. Both had been willing to give up their lives for him, even if they weren't fully prepared for it. Sky made an effort to stand up and walk around. To try and talk with his friends again. Yet somehow he found himself standing over Jordan.

"Hey." A voice almost whispered off to his right. He didn't turn to look at them right away; he knew it was Jason. Even if hadn't heard his, or anyone else's voices for several months, he never forgot their voices.

"Hey." Sky answered as he finally looked over at his friend. He was slightly shocked at what he saw. He hadn't really had the time to talk to anyone since he'd been found, so even though he knew the voices he didn't fully recognize them. Everyone looked completely different here. But the changes were good, well except for maybe for Jerome who was apparently a dog…

"You think she'll be okay?" The unexpected question brought him back to reality.

"Yeah," Sky took a breath, again looking at his friend. "She's been through worse. For now…" he shook his head as he looked back down at Jordan. "For now, we just let her sleep."
