-Jess' P.O.V-"JUST HOLD ON WE'RE GOIN' HOME" me, Michael, and Logan sang/screamed. We had just picked up some 'provisions' for our fun 'movie skip day,' and were now belting out the words to every song on the radio.
I almost didn't want it to end when we got home. Then I reminded myself that Michael Larsen was going to be in my house. Watching movies with me. Naah, the car ride can be over I really don't care.
Michael strode into my house like he had been there a million times before, which was a little bit odd, because I didn't think he ever had. He walked into the kitchen, and started taking the candy and chips and soda out of the grocery bags.
"Ok, guys, come and get your dinner." he shouted.
"Wait, it's 1:30. It's not dinner..." My very observant brother pointed out.
"Oh my god, dipshit it was a joke." I said, me and Michael laughing. "Sorry, Lo, you know I love you."
"Yeah, yeah." He mumbled, "So what movie are we watching first?"
"Notebook" I said at the same time Michael said, "Bourne Legacy."
I glared at him. He glared back. "We're watching my movie, Michael."
After another minute of glaring, he finally gave up. I smirked as I put in the movie. This movie always made me cry. I don't even know what it is... its just a movie. A sappy, white girl movie. I'm such a stereo-type.
We all watched the movie, 'captivating' as Logan put it, eating all of our junk food. After the movie, it was about 3:00.
"Shit." Michael cursed, looking at the time, "I have to go and pick up the guys. Is that ok?"
"You can always just bring them back here.." I shrugged, guessing that the guys were the sexy bunch of funny idiots that always hung around Michael.
"Ok, thanks, see you in a few." he called as he bounded out the door"
Me and Logan looked at each other. "Disney channel?" I asked him
"Disney Channel." He confirmed. You see, Logan and I would never admit it, but we kind of bonded... over Disney. It was kind of weird, but hey, Ferb is pretty much the shit. We say there, not blinking, as Amy announced she was having another baby: a boy.
"SHIT JUST GOT REAL!!" Logan yelled as I just stared shocked at the flat screen TV. "How the fuck is she not fat after having freaking a trillion kids?" He muttered. That's the beauty of TV. People don't get fat, and their lives always turn out to be perfect. And somehow they can all sing, too.
We sat, being logs for about 10 minutes, when I heard the door open, and a bunch of voices. Male voices. Let me explain a little concept to you: I'm awkward. A lottle, but mostly a lot. You have to know me to be my true friend, because I can be really quiet, loud, mad, and everything. And, also, I don't quite filter what comes out of my mouth. So, it was no surprise when the boys came in, all of their sexiness and all, I blurted out, "Hey, what's up? The sky."
Fuck shit I don't even know what I am doing with my life anymore, there are 5 god- like Abercrombie and Fitch models in my living room, and that's the fuckery that comes out of my mouth? I could feel my face getting red, as the guys laughed at me.
"Is that Disney channel?" A boy that I recognized from my Algebra class, John asked. I was thankful for the distraction, but really, he couldn't have picked a better topic?
Me and Logan's ears got red. "Um... Well.. Uh--- yeah?"
"That is so swag!!" I saw a guy jump on the couch. Once I got a good view of his face and dark black hair, I knew it was Carl, Michael's best friend. "Good Luck Charlie??" He asked, looking genuinely interested.
"Uh, yeah." I said, my face still flushed.
"Don't worry, Disney is my favorite, too." Another of Michael's friends, Jake said.
We watched that for a while, laughing and talking, as a few of my other siblings came home. The "guys", Carl, Jake, John, Michael, Lewis, and Cody were actually pretty cool. I didn't know why I had never hung out with them before, actually. At about 7:00, they left, sadly. Michael stayed behind for a second, as I walked them out the door.
"Hey, Jess, thanks." he said shyly, rubbing his neck.
I laughed at his shyness. Today, we had developed a quick friendship, and I was no longer afraid to talk to him. "For what?"
"Um.. Food? Cable?" I laughed again. "So, I'll see you tomorrow, right? At the game, I mean?" He said as he flashed one of his knee- weakening smiles.
"Of course," I said as he walked away. I smiled happily at myself, and went back into my house.
