Evrim: Did he not show up yet?

Aki: No.

Evrim: Where is that guy?!?!

Host: We will not call on the duel arena, the finalists of the local tournament: WAKU AND EVRIM!

Evrim: It's time....

Evrim walks up the duel arena.

Host: Hm? Where is Waku?

Evrim: Actually....my opponent hasn't shown up yet.

Host: What? Where is he?

Evrim: I... don't actually know. But he'll show up, for sure. We talked yeasterday and nothing seemed to have changed.

Host: I see. We will grant him 7 minutes to appear. If not, you shall be crowded the winner.

Meanwhile, in a side-alley, Kyle runs towards Ryo.

Ryo: We made you the best deck we could using Gears as a base. The deck was PERFECT. You just seem to be a bad duelist.

Ryo snaps away the Ruby Necklace from Kyle's neck.

Ryo inserts his deck in his Duel Disk.

Kyle: I refuse!

Kyle tries to run away, but he is stopped by one tall and strong dude.

Ryo: That is Mahai. He's a good duelist, unlike you.

Mahai: Think you're going somewhere, little guy?

Ryo: Duel me if you ever want to get out of this alley.
