Lydia let out a groan as she sat up she pushed her hair out of her face as she reached over on the coffee table grabbing her phone. Caroline. "What's up, Care?" Lydia huffed. She gave Klaus a look signalling him to be quiet. He only smirked at her as he played with the hem of the sheet that was covering their bodies.

"Where are you! I'm at the school waiting for you, I dont want to he stuck with Rebekah by myself. We are on clean up duty remember!" Lydia bit her lip as she closed her eyes. "Right. I'm so sorry, okay, I'll be there in 5." She tossed the phone down.

Lydia looked at Klaus who looked slightly amused. "Don't look at me like that." She rolled her eyes getting up as she looked for her clothes. "And how am I looking, love?" He questioned, watching the strawberry blonde pick up her clothes that he had ripped.

She quickly tossed on Klaus' black teesshirt as she slipped on her pants. "I'll see you later." She pecked his cheek before she had ran out the house. Of course Klaus was thrilled he had his soulmate back but he also knew that the plans he had for today were surely going to piss her off.

"Caroline?"

The only sound in the Mystic Falls highschool was the sound of Lydia's heals on the tile floors. It was abnormally quiet. "Care?" Lydia walked down the hall way to the cafeteria when she heard a slight bang. Now, the only villains in town were Klaus and the originals so she had nothing to worry about. She had let her guard down too easily. Which was a mistake.

"Rebekah?" Lydia called out. She pushed open the double doors revealing the original vampire throwing away trash. "Hey, where's Caroline?" "Don't know. Don't care." Rebekah commented rolling her eyes. "Sassy much?" Lydia smirked helping Rebekah toss the trash in the bags.

Rebekah looked back at the hybrid. She notice her curls were frizzy and she wasn't wearing her shirt. "You reak of sex. Who did you -" Rebekah's eyes widen for a moment as she realized who Lydia had shacked up with. "My brother! Disgusting." Rebekah made a face.

Lydia scoffed, "Says the one who hooked up with both of my brothers." Before Rebekah could say anything there was a crash outside the hallway. "It's probably Caroline." Lydia reassured. She walked out of the cafeteria only to be thrown against the lockers.

She hit the metal lockers before she fell on her back. Alaric stood above her holding her down a stake in his hands. She struggled to rip away from his grip. He was stronger than her. Obviously, Esther's spell worked turning Ric into a original vampire hunter.

Rebekah kicked Alaric off tue hybrid as she pinned him against the wall. Lydia got up as she picked up the stake he had dropped and shoved it into his heart.

Both Rebekah and Lydia were taken aback when Alaric gripped the stake pulling it out of his chest. He couldn't be killed. Rebekah was the first on to make the move as she used her speed running out of the school Lydia following after her.

Lydia ran out the school when Alaric slammed her head into the car window. She fell to the floor knocked out. He smirked over at Rebekah, his skin was burning from the sun, he had no daylight ring, Rebekah couldn't save Lydia on her own. So she ran.

"Alaric Saltzman just tried to kill me!" Rebekah exclaimed.

Klaus let out a deep breath, "Alaric Saltzman is supposed to be dead - " "Well, he's not! And he's a vampire thanks to mother's spell. With a white oak stake that can't kill him. He's strong, Nik. Too strong." Rebekah fumed.

"Where is he now?" Klaus asked, as looked up from the box he was packing up. "Stuck at the school without a daylight ring, but as soon as night falls, he'll come after us. We need to leave!"
