The woman stood in front of the two men who had just arrived back from the small town known as Mystic Falls. She raised her eyebrows at the both of them as she gestured for one of them to talk.

"The rumors are true. Lydia Salvatore is in Mystic Falls again, but she isn't alone. She has the originals with her." The taller male spoke. "It will be hard to get to her."

The woman nodded a sly smirk forming on her lips, "The originals can't stay by her side forever. We can reach her soon. Go back, watch her. Inform me on anything new.

In the mean time, I'll find the unbinding spell."

MYSTIC GRILL

Lydia sat at the grill, enjoying a drink. She was suppose to meet with Klaus but he had got caught up with his hybrids. So Lydia decided what better way to spend her afternoon then to sit at the bar and plot evil plans.

She turned her head hearing footsteps approach her. Sheriff Forbes took a seat next to the hybrid, the news paper gripped tightly in her hand.

"Good afternoon, Sheriff." Lydia spoke, although her tone implied she really didn't care anyway.

Liz leaned in close, looking around to make sure no one could hear what she was about to accuse Lydia of. "Did you kill the council, Lydia?" Liz asked. Lydia frowned turning her head. She picked up the paper reading it. "Faulty gas line leads to tragic explosion at young farm." Lydia read, she sighed throwing it to the side, "And here I was plotting a hundred ways of killing them."

"Lydia." Liz said sternly.

Lydia let out an over exaggerated sigh. "No, Liz, I didn't. It's a shame though, I really wanted to. Hey, if you're done falsely accusing me. I'd like to be left in peace."

Liz stayed quiet for a moment, observing Lydia. "What happened to you, Lydia? You were good.."

Before Lydia could respond the conversation was interrupted. Connor Jordon walked up to the sheriff. Connor had just arrived in town and he was already questioning about the abnormal amount of deaths in Mystic Falls, he was on the hunt for vampires or any supernatural monster to kill.

After all, he was a hunter.

"Excuse me, Sheriff. Hi, I was wondering if I could speak to you for a minute about the explosion at the Young farm?"

"I'm sorry, mister.."

"Connor Jordon." He glanced away from Liz looking over at Lydia who had been watching and listening into the conversation. He held his hand out for Lydia to shake. He watched her intently as she grabbed his hand, she quickly pulled away holding it behind her back as she bit her lip to stop herself from letting out a cry of pain.

The glove was soaked in vervain.

"Are you alright, Lydia?" Liz glanced between Connor and Lydia with a cautious look.

"Yes. I should be going. Nice to meet you, Connor."

Connor watched the strawberry blonde quickly walk away. As soon as Lydia had touched his glove he could feel and smell her skin start to burn, he was impressed she held it together, but he knew the first vampire he was going to kill.
