Jon.
During the car ride Thomas was oddly quiet and in an attempt to break the ice Jon asked thomas.
"hey thomas you hungry? I bought pizza for us"
thomas smiled, "thanks! I am really hungry. 6 hour flights can do that to you!"
They both broke out a small chuckle and sang the next song on the radio like some quirky geeks that love Katy Perry. They sung a long to every song that played and held out the last note as jon turned off his car. Thomas grabbed his suitcase and followed Jon to his apartment. Jon looking over to his friend said
"I hope you like the apartment, had to tidy up a bit" with a slight smile creeping across his face. he knew he had a better apartment than most 24 year olds and enjoyed others seeing it.
Thomas said in return "it looks wonderful!"
Jon jumped up and down in is head. Thomas likes my apartment!!!! After his thought he said to thomas
"I already have the pizza in the freezer it only takes 15 - 20 minutes to cook."
Thomas smiled at him and said "ok cool while we are waiting for that we can discuss your lyrics!"
Jon took the pizza out the box and put it on a large cookie sheet and stuck it in the oven which was already warm since he started it as soon as they came in. Jon hopped up to thomas and playfully said to him.
"You know I have to think of them first right? I only thought of them this morning!"
Jon saw thomas blush a little with embarrassment.
"Sorry, I don't expect you to have a whole song written in a couple hours."
Jon said softly "it's alright."
Jon gave thomas the T.V remote and told him a couple basic channels and hurried of in the kitchen. Grabbing oven mitts Jon opened the oven and carefully took out the pizza waiting for it to cool before cutting it. Jon raised his voice and asked
"Hey Tom how many slices do you want? I can cut up to 8 pieces."
Thomas replied "how many do you want? I don't want to have half of the pizza and you still hungry,"
Thomas was so kind and Jon loved him for that. Jon replied "I'll take three and you can have the other five."
Thomas smiled and approved. Jon took 3 slices of pizza and threw them on to a large dark brown plate. And took the rest of the pizza and split them on two plates. he walked over to thomas with caution not to drop one of the plates. Thomas thanked him and started to eat.
