Amara watched as Naruto ran around excitedly, for once feeling rather calm. Shimo was tucked into her shirt, his head sticking out of her neck hole. He was currently rubbing his soft head against her neck, trying to tickle her.

"Good luck with that buddy, I'm not ticklish." She chuckled as he shot her an annoyed look, as if to say, Now ya tell me?!

She smiled at him apologetically, reaching upwards and patting his head slightly. She could feel the curious stares of her teammates boring into her, but she didn't care.

Naruto was the only one who knew her well enough to know why she was like this.

She had two weaknesses. Cats, and then any other animal.

So, technically, she had one weakness. The only animals she didn't like were dogs, and rodents. Which worked out, because they didn't like her either.

Shimo wriggled out of her shirt, jumping onto the ground and settling for walking beside her. His red collar stood out against his white pelt, as he weaved between her feet.

"Shimo, stop that! Do you want me to trip?!" He glanced up at her, his black orbs shining with mischief, before continuing his previous action.

"I'll take that as a yes then..." She muttered with a sweatdrop.

Amara only half payed attention as Sakura asked Kakashi a seemingly important question, instead deciding to watch the clouds.

So attentive, right?

After a few more minutes of walking, Amara suddenly felt Tenshi stir within her, which caused her to bring her gaze away from the sky, instead opting to scan her surroundings.

Her eye furrowed as it locked onto a puddle that sat in the middle of their path, suddenly feeling very wary. She halted her walking, her oblivious teammates and Tazuna continuing on their path.

Her nose twitched slightly, scenting the air.

"It hasn't rained for who knows how long, and there's no water sources nearby. So how...?" Her eye grew large in realization. Before she could open her mouth to warn her teammates, two ninja suddenly burst out of the puddle, their arms connected by chains.

Chains shot out towards Kakashi, wrapping around him. His visible eye grew large.

"What-?" Their was aloud ripping sound, before he was suddenly ripped to shreds.

Amara ignored her teammates shock, instead scanning the treetops.

A small smirk fell upon her lips as she spotted the well-hidden Kakashi, peering out through the leaves. Shock flashed in his eye when he saw Amara looking directly at him, before she turned her attention back to the enemy ninja.

"Bakas." She muttered, scowling at her still frozen teammates, before she pulled out her nunchucks, twirling them in her hand.

"One." The enemy ninja chorused, before suddenly flashing behind Naruto.

"Two." Before they could attack though, a white substance suddenly came flying towards them, knocking them away from the blonde. As they went flying through the air, a kunai shot towards them, pinning their joined chain into a tree.

Amara glanced as Sasuke, and seeing how he was staring at her, she nodded

Sasuke flashed in front of the ninjas, kicking them both in the face. They grunted, before breaking their chains apart, one darting towards Sakura and Tazuna, the other towards Naruto.
