A/N: Damn it's been a while... I'm sorry. >.< I've had huge writers block lately and have just barely begun to get over it. I've also been caught up with my editing of The Last, which still isn't finished XD

When Amara awoke, she felt drained, exhausted. Her eyelids felt heavy, as if they were weighted down by bricks, and it took practically all of her remaining energy to keep them open.

"Holy shiz I feel like I have a hangover..." She mumbled, squinting her eyes as her blurry vision slowly cleared. Though it was still blurry around the edges, she could make out the shapes of things around her.

"Amara? Oh thank goodness!!" Amara was caught off guard by the sound of Sakura's voice, though all she could really see right now is a pink and red blob. She felt weight being thrown around her, and much to her confusion she realized that Sakura was hugging her.

"Bubblegum? Why are you touching me..." Sakura pulled away slightly, though she kept her hands on the blonde's shoulders.

"Amara... Something happened while you guys were in the mirrors." Amara flinched slightly, but she grit her teeth.

"Go on."

"You were enveloped in this weird pale blue chakra, and Naruto got covered in orange chakra...  But the scary thing was, when he went to attack Haku... You attacked him. Then, you attacked Haku yourself... In the middle of one of your attacks though, all your chakra just disappeared, and you started coughing up blood. Then you collapsed, and Naruto started attacking Haku again. When I went to check on you-you... didn't have a pulse."

Amara's face paled, staring at Sakura's figure in shock. "Wh-What?! Impossible, how am I alive now!?"

Sakura bit her lip, and Amara realized her vision was clearing more. "You started coughing up blood again, the blood was blocking your airway... I didn't know what to do, but after you seemed to get it out of your system you were breathing again."

Amara frowned slightly, reaching up to her throat, which felt oddly sore. It wasn't until she felt the dried blood in the corner of her mouth did she realize what just happen.

"Oh my god..." She whispered, eyes widening as she attempted to scramble to her feet, but a sharp pain in her chest had her falling back down, gasping for breath. Sakura's green eyes swam with worry as she watched Amara clutch at her chest.

"Amara, what's wrong?" Amara struggled to get her breathing under control.

"N-Nothing, I'm fine..." Sakura didn't look convinced, but as usual something else took over her mind. Or should we say someone.

"Amara, where's Sasuke-kun!" Amara's eyes softened, swallowing the lump in her throat.

"Sakura..." Amara trailed off, her eyes drifting over to where the limp figure of the Uchiha lay. Sakura followed her gaze, her eyes widening in horror.

"S-Sasuke-kun?" She whispered, and Amara gave her a sympathetic look.

"Help me up and I'll take you to him Sakura..." She whispered quietly, and Sakura numbly nodded. Sakura helped her up, Amara leaning on the taller girl for support, while Tazuna trailed behind the two.

Amara closed her eyes, hearing the choked gasp that exited Sakura as she saw Sasuke, allowing herself to be transferred from Sakura to Tazuna as the pinkette threw herself at the limp Uchiha, crying on his chest.

Tazuna gave a sympathetic speech about how it was okay for even ninjas to cry, and shortly afterwards Sakura turned to Amara, seeing her stony expression.
